      I obtained a loan from Eagle Loan Company at the ********** ******** **** location in 2016. The amount of the loan including interest fees etc was roughly around $3163.00. After obtaining the loan and making several payments there was a change in my income. Due to this change I had to consult an attorney and he suggested I file a Chapter 13. When the bankruptcy was filed I made sure this debt was included in the bankruptcy. Eagle Loan Company accepted the payment terms which was made through the courts. I paid the loan through the courts until April 2019, due to I had the bankruptcy dismissed because of misconduct from the attorney giving me incorrect advise on other matters. On March 1, 2023, I called the location to see if I could apply for a loan. I spoke with a female employee who took my information and told me she would get back to me once a decision was made. When I reached back out to her, I was then told I could not get a loan due to I still had the loan from 2016 outstanding. I was very surprised to hear that I still had an outstanding balance with the company. The female employee that I spoke with told me she would need to speak with her manager to see how this situation would be resolved. While speaking with her I was asked what amount did I think would be reasonable to resolve what is owed. I was told my balance was $2202.64, so I proposed to pay $1500 on the outstanding balance, The female employee told me she would need to speak with her manager to see if that is what he will willing to accept. I then asked her to have the manager give me a call. A few days went by and I never heard from the manager so I called the office again and spoke with the manager. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED

      I would like to have proof in writing showing how my balance got so high.  Due to the past unprofessional behavior I have experienced from the manager I prefer all communication is done in writing cause I will not allow anyone to continue threatening me about this.

      This business called me today and the manager Bill M**** told me that I was a thief, a liar, because of people like me is what is wrong with the world today. I bought a vehicle off of **** **** **** in ******** ** which is a buy here pay here paid a down payment of $2500.00 and then in July I have Eagle Finance calling me to make a payment to them for $400.00 for the vehicle. I never knew anything about Eagle having the vehicle so I agreed to return the vehicle back to **** that is when Bill called me and told me I was a liar, a thief, that people like me is what makes the world the bad place that it is. That I bought the car and agreed to pay for it and now I don’t want to pay for it and that was dishonest and I was stealing. He harassed me for 30 minutes on this. That he was loosing money. I feel this is not a good way to do business and I was treated wrong.

      The $400.00 is what Bill said the car payment was a month I bought the vehicle off **** **** **** and not sure how Eagle Finance ended up with the loan I had tried to call Dylan several times at **** and couldn’t get a response. I didn’t even know Eagle had a lean on the vehicle u til they started calling me wanting the $400.00. Bill works out of the office in Morehead ******** and the way he talked to me on the phone he doesn’t need to be employed anywhere dealing with public much less a manager. The way he talked to me I never want anything to do with Eagle Finance.

      Eagle Finance just keeps repeating their self-saying that Bill M**** did not say those things to me, but he did he said awful cruel mean things to me. Eagle Finance needs to be held responsible for what they do to people and him a general manager he needs to know how to treat people. I gave them the car back, so I am wanting my $2500.00 back. People who have power should not be able to run over and talk to clients like they are dirt or garbage. I want Bill and Eagle Finance held accountable for what they have down to me.

      I received a loan from these individuals. With my vehicle as collateral. They say they don't use credit reports. Lie 1. The loan is for 1,794.00. They have an accidentall death policy on the loan which my daughter is on with me because I'm retired on a fixed income. They have been charging me 185.00 per month. My loan documents clearly state every charge including this accidental death policy. I asked 4 that to be removed the next month after the first payment was due. They refunded 190.00 dollars. They assured me there was no longer a policy. My payment amount per month did not change after the refund. So that was 10 months ago. Yesterday I contacted these people to ask for this information in writing from the listed insurance company that they do not have a policy on my daughter and me. Eagle can not provide proof of this policy being canceled. As well as adjust my repayment amount. They have still been charging me 185 a month. This company is very unprofessional. Very rude fast talking staff. I need help please. They have and still are ripping me off. I have 5 months of payments left. I have paid 1664.00 to date. They have me at a 600 percent interest rate.       They cannot explain why my payment amount stayed the same after all of these insurance charges.  I am being over charged. The loan is current on payments.  They want me to pay them 185.00 until Nov. When I sat down with the so called manager that signed the loan documents . He originally quoted 90 or 93 dollars as the repayment amount a month.  He left my daughter and I in a closed door closet office and came up with 185.00. I immediately counter the amount with what he previously said. He informed me that in order to get the loan I needed that insurance.  That month I did my own research and found they still had a policy for myself and my daughter.  They refunded 190.00 9/12/22. They told me during that time the policy ended that day. Fast forward to now I questioned them once again about this policy and why didn't my payment amount change.  I also have been trying to bundle life insurance for my 7 children and 2 grandchildren.  The insurance agent informed me things looked like fraud because there is a policy on my self and my oldest daughter.  I called them again to inform them of this info. I was placed on 5 sec hold and told yea you guys were still covered thank God in case something happened to you guys. I then stated to her yea only you people would benefit from that. I hung up. I contacted the Ohio attorney General. As well as consumer complaints. And last but most certainly not least the BBB. Thank you for your time and help.

      I would like my balance to be corrected. And to end this loan as soon as possible.  I may be able to pay early if they would just correct my payment. Reimburse me for 9/12/22 until now for insurance I have been charged for. Thats it. I have no problem paying.  I am not going to continue to get ripped off. They can't even provide anything in writing from this so called l*** ** ***** *** insurance company.  Those people never answer the phone. I want to be able to get life insurance without them having a fraud policy.

      This company is a complete rip off! I took a loan out for $1000 3 years ago. I fell on hard times and couldn’t repay. I eventually got on a payment plan after it was sent to collections and I was paying faithfully, however I missed a payment. Long story short they started garnishing my wages. I have paid these people over $6000 for a $1000. I received notice from my employer that my garnishment was complete. And the creditors sent me a notice saying I owe more. My original affidavit statement was $2500. Now I received another affidavit saying $4000. This is highway robbery and there is no way no one should be able to get away with this! This is a crime at its best! So I paying damn near $10, 000 for a $1,000 dollar loan!

      I have been in jail and just got out. They contacted every reference I have telling them exactly what amount I owe and my debt and that I have a loan. I work for a loan company and that isn’t supposed to be disclosed they violated my HIPPA rights.

      Today, April the 13th I was trying to complete an application online to take out a personal loan from this company. When I attempted to do it online my account would not pull up so I called in. I spoke to a rude person on the phone, I thought that she was attempting to assist me with my online application by asking me for my social. I gave her my Social Security number, and then she started asking me a whole bunch of questions. I interrupted and asked her what she was doing and she said she was completing an application. I did not give her any verbal permission to complete any application on me and only was trying to do it myself online. And she continue asking me questions. She was very rude. When I told her that I didn’t own a car she asked me how do I get to work which is none of her business especially when I’m applying for a loan. She then said that they needed collateral when I was applying for the loan. Had she explained everything to me before just putting in my information to apply for a loan, then I would have known that I possibly might not qualify for the loan if I had to provide collateral this company is very rude. When I called back to get the corporate number they refused to give me corporate number, and then said that the person from corporate was in the office prior to that when I call to get the number for corporate to make a complaint, the lady on the other line mocked me and laughed and said, do you want to make a complaint as if I said complaint wrong they are very rude. If I would’ve come up there and face to face after she mocked me and caused a scene then I would’ve been the hostile individual. I hope no one takes out any loans from this company, but they probably are because the economy is going down what I want done is for people to know that they are very rude. The Eagles located in ************* ****, and that they will process an application without even giving you any information or you given them permission to process the application. I only was calling in for IT help. I did not complete the application and asked that she erased my information before she hung up on me.

      We regret that *** ******* had a difficult time in trying to obtain technical help when trying to apply for a loan.  We do have an on-line application for the convenience of applicants but our loan process is not completely electronic.  We speak to the customer to gather additional information and close all loans in our branch offices.  *** ******* is welcome to visit our website at eagle.com and call one of our other branch offices if she is still interested in applying for a loan.  We apologize for any issues *** ******* may have had and welcome her to apply at one of our other branches.

      This company has been taking over 350 dollars out of my checks for months now. Every time I call to see when this will be paid off they blow me off, put me on hold and never gets back on the phone. Yes I got a 1,000 dollar loan, yes I deserve to pay it back. But with me being a single parent of 2 child now days is very rough with over 350 coming out of my checks. I was barely making ends meat and now there is days I feed the kids and I go to bed without dinner. My goodness when is the payments going to stop? All my bills is starting to pile up and my cabinets does not have hardly anything left in them! And no I do not qualify for help from the state bc of my wages. We was doing just fine until they started taking 700 a month out of my check! To top it off they deny calling my employer giving her information about my loan and case. Which I can provide proof of this due to where I work every phone call that comes in is recorded.

      **** keeps sending me money and then I have to send money back to him and then he said that the 8,000 dollars would be there the next day but never came in cause now my bank account is saying -956.56 dollars in my account and I need the car by Monday and I need it for work
