This account is inaccurate under 15 U.S.C. 1692g validation of debt. EAGLE LOAN OF OHIO has been reporting inaccurate and incomplete account information to my credit file. In addition, while the collector attempted to collect a debt that is not mine, they broke 15 U.S. Code § 1692k - Civil liability. I am maintaining a careful record of my communications with you for the purpose of filing a complaint to the FTC if the non-compliance continues. Like, ****** v. ***** ***** ****., No. 95-6445 (C.D.Cal. Nov. 14,1995), EAGLE LOAN OF OHIO may be liable for your willful non-compliance. Also, in ****** v. ******* Information Services LLC (D. Ariz. 2018), EAGLE LOAN OF OHIO may be liable for false reporting. Credit reporting laws ensure that bureaus report only 100% accurate credit information. Every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. The following information therefore needs to be reinvestigated. I respectfully request to be provided proof of this alleged item, specifically the original application, contract, note, other instrument bearing my signature and payment history. Under 15 U.S. Code § 1681d - Disclosure of investigative consumer reports; you are in violation. I have attached the definition so you can see the violation! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with **********, *******, and ********. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on hisher credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. 1. Went to eagle finance in *********** ******* in 2017 for a installment loan had 2 previous loans with eagle paid in full Used a 2001 mustang for the title loan me and the manager had a falling out over payment times and money taken from my account I then went above him (Albert) to his boss and got the issue settled paid off remaining balance Albert then signed my title back over free and clear said no negative marks will go on my credit report and we agreed to not do business together anymore I checked my credit report it shows a charge off of $239 and over 50 late payments for said charge off I called eagle spoke with Albert and was told since I went to his boss with a issue and was hard to handle that he settled my account without informing me of the $239 owed on a secure loan went on the berate and belittle me over the phone on how his boss was involved I feel the matter was handled with malice intent to ruin my credit because his unprofessional actions caused his boss to get involved and settle the matterBusiness Response

I had a loan through this company on ********* **. I had to resign from job of 11 years to care for my mother and had ran out of unemployment. My mother passed away and I returned to a new job, I was late for a payment and had made arrangements for the late payment to be taken out of my account on my payday that was three days away. While sitting in my office I saw my car being towed away. Left stranded at work I had to find someone to come get me and find a way to get to my work I had just started after losing my mother. I knew the car had been sent for auction and never heard anything else from them after they took the car. Recently I discovered that they say I owe money to them and it is showing on my credit report as a derogatory account. I would like all paperwork involved in this issues sent to me Includibg the original contract all messages showing where they admitted I had made the arrangement but they said the repo was already in progress when I made the arrangement, down to the sale and how much they say I owe them. I would like to see if they will make an offer for a settlement for lesser to make this paid and clear up off my report. Even though I do not feel I owe them anything and they did me wrong as I had been a long time loyal customer and kept in touch and always let them know what was going on. As a single mom doing it alone it made things very stressful and challenging and disheartening. I want it removed from my credit report.Business Response
