      This place is a joke. Will not recommend to anyone. Had to buy new phone after they "fixed my cracked screen ". Would not refund money. Never again!!!😡😡

      If I could give 0 stars I would.

      I took my gaming PC ( a 3000$ machine ) to them to be cleaned and to fix a frame drop issue. I called before hand and they said they'd have it fixed in two business days. So I dropped it off on a Monday early afternoon.

      So after the two business days I called for an update and they said they couldn't find any issues and that they were running some more tests. Ok no big deal right.

      I was so wrong. On the end of the third business day they called and said it was fixed and ready to go. And only charged me 30$. I was excited that they fixed the issue and did it under budget. After all I told them repeatedly to spare no expense. This is my baby after all.

      Excitedly. I drove home and to my surprise im missing screws in my casing and my cooler hadnt been seated correctly, so I decided to open up the case to see what actually was done. Nothing was done. They didnt clean a single thing even though thats the first thing I asked to have done.

      Well I thought no big deal , its not that dirty anyways I can clean it up myself later. Ive not played games in a week I wanted to get some in. Well I turned on the PC and immediatley could tell that the issue was not fixed. In fact , it was qbout 1000x worse, whatever they did to it, they made it so much worse that I couldnt even browse facebook if I wanted to. This is again a 3,000$ machine.

      So basically I paid them to make my machine worse and misplace screws and not even clean it either. I was furious to say the least.

      They did replace the screws and asked to look at it one more time but I wouldnt let them near any of my electronics if they were the last shop on earth. You couldnt pay me money to have them touch something of mine ever again. How do you go over time you quoted , and a monkey could have turned on the PC afterwards and noticed it wasnt working correctly. Who trains these people? They need to be fired or find someone who actually knows what they are doing.

      Thankfully, I was able to figure out the issue with the help of some friends and fix it myself which I should have done from the beginning but thought "professionals" would actually do their job and know what to do.

      Don't use this service for your gaming PC, find someone who knows what their doing or do the research yourself or otherwise they may perma damage your PC. Who knows what damage they caused to mine or how much they shortened its life expentancy.

      Tldr; Took my pc to get cleaned and diagnosed, ended up not even cleaning it or "finding" any issues even though it was running worse than I could ever imagine. On top of that they went over their quoted time and misplaced parts on the machine. 0/100 stars.

      Hi Mr. D*****,
      Although I do not believe that the majority of your statement is even close to fully accurate, I am still displeased that we were unable to have you leave with a positive experience. To first address the time frame issue, you were told the device would be looked at within 1-2 business days, not repaired, you were called and updated the second day the machine was in the store, and you were asked to pick it up on the third day, all within the time frame but I apologize for any confusion there. As far as the single outer case screw being left off before you picked the device up, we have no excuse, it was simple a mistake from a fellow human being and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we caused. I'm not sure how in your eyes we managed to do both "nothing to it" and somehow still make it run "1000x worse" but I digress. The bottom line is you brought it in stating that "I am having frame drops in League of Legends when getting near enemy champions" which is the issue we tested for and couldn't recreate, so after testing and evaluating the machine for a couple of days we asked that you pick up and test the machine for yourself. Whole process took less than 72 hours.
