    I ordered a paint by numbers painting for my mother on 10/11/2022, which she never received. The cost was $67. I emailed customer support, and they haven't responded. Their website it down as well. I previously ordered 2 painting which I received.

    Back in 2014 I ordered a painting of our dogs and received the painting and the company even provided extra paint when requested. I was happy with what I received and how well it turned out. For a different dog I ordered the same size... . On 1/16/2023 I placed an order of a 16"x20" paint by number picture of my dog. The cost was $90 and the money was withdrawn from my bank account on 1/17/2023. The website appears when you first open it online. But when I try to contact them, I get an error message. I called the company and receive a message stating that the number is not longer available. Then, upon checking BBB found out that the company has gone out of business. Decided to file a complaint and that's where I am at right now. Thanks you any assistance in can provide with either receiving the product ordered or to be reimbursed. ** ********

    Placed order 11/18/2022. Have ordered at least 16 other customized 11 X 14” at $67.00 a piece from this company. All orders filled within 2months. No response on this order and cannot reach my usual contact at Easy123 Art. The website is still advertising and allowing orders to be submitted. I am concerned about this website. I would like to know if they are still filling orders. If not the website needs to be taken down and money submitted reimbursed.

    I placed an online order for a product from EASY 123 ART, INC. November 17, 2022 and they proceeded to charge my **** ********** $43 for the item. It is now Jan.2023 and still have not received the item. Had sent an email with no response from them and then today I googled the company and discovered they are listed on your website as no longer being a business. They STILL have what appears to be an active website taking orders and they took my money! Item never received.

    I ordered several paintings in October 22 for Xmas gifts. I emailed through there "contact us" form multiple times in the past 3 months asking for an update and hear nothing. I'm out of $100.

    Ordered an Art Kit on Oct 3rd for 67$. I was charged the amount on a credit card, but the company has not responded with either an order confirmation or shipped any product or responded to any emails.

    Kentucky AG office needs to shut down their website!! It is still active and they're fraudulently taking peoples money knowing NO goods will be provided. I'm still waiting for my money back since I filed a dispute...but that's not even the point now. Please BBB...help in any way you can to get them/ their website shut down!

    On July 23, 2022, I placed Order ***** for an 11’x14” Classic Kit and paid $89.00 USD through PayPal ($59.00 for the Kit and $30.00 for “Shipping via Int’l Priority”). On Sept. 6, 2022, I received an email with notice that order was finished processing . Since then, I have received no further communication or delivery of the product. I sent two emails and completed their online Contact Form but have received no responses. I would like to either receive the product (a gift for my grandchildren) or receive a full refund.
