16 days ago I met with the owner of this appliance repair regarding my dishwasher. It needed a part ordered and he requested we pay with venmo vs. a credit card as he was a small business owner & wanted to avoid the service fee. We didn't mind to do this, paid the fee and he said he'd come back to install it when it arrived. We left for vacation the following week and left him a msg to schedule upon our return. It took several phone calls to get a return call and finally he set a date to come out. On the scheduled date, no one showed up. After making multiple calls to the office and his personal number, we finally got in touch with the owner who said he was short-staffed and had a tech leave the company. He rescheduled us for the following day. He sent a morning text saying he'd arrive in 45 minutes, however that time came and went. Finally he texted that he was getting gas and would arrive shortly. Again, hours passed and no response. Finally he sent a tech after saying HE himself would come out. The tech did not know what to do to install the part and said the owner had to come out. Again, back to playing phone tag with this company. He texted us that he would come out today but still no word. I have requested a full refund of our payment and we will seek repair services elsewhere; have heard zero response from the company about this. I understand being short staffed & backloggedbut this company has been completely unprofessional and uncommunicative. Their word is unreliable and I would not recommend anyone utilize their services. At this point our dishwasher has been left pulled out of the cabinet with parts strown about the floor with no resolution in sight for this and no word from this company.
