Suspect behavior, took twice as long as previous movers, thievery. Owner didn’t care. Unprofessional Suspect behavior: Had the moving details incorrect and went to the wrong address Arrived late The second mover arrived in his own car later Spending a lot of time in the bathroom One mover spending a lot of time alone in the truck Pushing items along the sidewalk instead of carrying Moved a printer in vertical in a bearhug Rented or leased a truck though their website shows them only using company trucks When it came to providing the invoice, one was very nervous attempting to tally the hours and the other was kneeling down next to him, whispering ITEMS MISSING!! Owner response: Owners didn’t want to listen Owners were not willing to investigate Made excuses Refused to follow up
