      This company charged me $49.99 for CE courses to renew my nursing license. After the fee and course was completed they allowed me to upload a useless certificate of completion. - and NEVER reported my CE hours to the PA board of nursing. It is impossible to speak with a representative- customers are advised to reach out to support center - who in turn - send bogus links for YOU to attempt to report your own CE hours. (Which the board does not accept)- . This company put my livelihood- nursing license in jeopardy of expiring. I implore others- DO NOT use them for CE - you are wasting your money- and causing yourself a huge mess to straighten out on YOUR OWN. I have since contacted the PA board- was referred to a LEGITIMATE link for CE hours- and my credits/hours were reported within a few hours. -

      Very difficult to navigate web site /log in site- compared to similar. Compared to other learning , continuing education sites. Does not updated appropriately. It’s taking me hours to find a phone # to call them and discuss my issues! Course content is excellent, but I would never recommend this company for continuing education! I found them fraudulently trying to keep re-charging my credit card.

      Should have looked here before I paid for anything on this website. Other than email, no way to contact them. Can call the number listed here but just has an announcement advising you to email and cuts you off. Lull you into paying for a membership by saying access to CE then subsequently limits the CE IR charges more for certain CE. I agree, this is a fraudulent website so it is abundantly unclear to me HOW THEY HAVE an A+ RATING. Save your money.

      I paid for ceus but was never able to see the materials or get my certificate. I am hoping the BBB sees these reviews and reassesses their certification.

      This company does not deserve a star rating. Not trustworthy. This company entices people to pay for services that are not available. I paid for nursing CEU and I never received the certificate. Their website states INSTANT CERTIFICATES emailed but nothing was received. There is no phone number to talk to anyone. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD!!

      Tried to charge me 4 times @ $39.95; my card marked it as fraud. Doesn’t look like the first time from what I’ve been reading. Big mistake using this company as now I have to get a new card mailed to me.
