    extremely bad service. on an order of over $4,000 they delivered several items that were damaged. they promised to replace or repair the items. One of the items came to their warehouse and they said that I would have to pick it up if I wanted it, even though I had already paid for delivery of the entire order. There is no way I can pick up a large furniture item in my car. The other damage parts were supposed to be shipped from the manufacturer, and installed by Overstock, but that never happened. They don't answer phone calls or texts. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this but they don't follow through on promised actions.

    I have been waiting 6 months for a part for a broken chair. They keep saying it's COVID fault that the part is taking forever. It's made in Vietnam so that's why. They always promise to call back but never do. I asked for money back for chair because they cannot get a part or replace it. They said no because I still have the chair. No comprise at all no working with me or call backs or dates. Just we will tell them to rush parts and nothing we can do.
