I knew I had problems with the suspension went to them they told me I needed a rack and pinion that it was going to be an AC Delco new going into it. Got the truck back another mechanic informed me that on the test drive loud pop steering wheel cancer to the right or the left 45°. Said that after the bleeding that it would work itself out. Picked up truck completely out of alignment and power steering pump beginning to fail. They said they were repair the rack and pinion with nissan parts. and the power steering pump. John said no its world pac. going with a lesser brand.. shot Foreman told me on Thursday that they were ordering me a new new Nissan Titan rack and pinion system and they would put it in for me.

get a second opinion if they want to do a lot of work. I had already had new stuff put in by them 35K miles before visit. They told me I had to replace all rotors and brake pads. I took it to someone else not doubting them at that time, just wanted it done cheaper. The person checking it stated it needed absolutely nothing. Even taking videos of the rotors and the brake pad showing plenty was left and nothing wrong with rotor. I contacted them and they just back peddled putting it on me. So get a second opinion with this group. I do believe it was a new mechanic so again, get second opinion. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt when talking to the person with the info. I was sincerely disappointed that he took no responsibility for the lie about the condition of rotors and brakes. So, I am leaving a review I hope all hear it and get a second opinion. One bad apple may spoil the whole batch where this is concerned!

Mitch. This issue has already been discussed and explained to you by John (Our Service Manager and your Nephew) I'm not sure why you continue with this. It's starting to feel this is more of a family issue than a business issue. You brought your vehicle in complaining of a brake pulsation. We inspected your brakes and informed you that you had 8mm or 60% of brake pad life left of the front and rear. We then informed you that because of the factory specifications the rotors on your vehicle would need to be replaced and could not be machined if you wished to resolve the pulsation issue. We then informed you that it was best practice to replace the brake pads along with the rotors. We were not trying to sell you something you did not need. We gave you a solution to solve the problem you brought your vehicle in for.
