This business is a misrepresentation of an internet company but does not provide such service. They charge people for the internet which would never be installed and when you try to call and cancel your service, they just hang up. This has happened to me for quite a while and they keep charging you on a monthly basis.Business response

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment in not being able to access our service. As you may have heard from your Property Manager, there was a theft at the property. Some of our networking equipment was stolen as part of that theft. Your Property Manager has a video of the event from the security footage.
The stolen piece of equipment played a critical role in our network. Thanks to our Network Engineers, we were able to quickly ensure the continuity of existing customers service. However, we could not add new customers such as yourself for authentication and security reasons. We are currently working to replace the stolen equipment.
Your complaint states that we keep charging you for the service, but in fact we have not because you were unable to receive the service. We double checked with our Accounting Department to verify this. We are happy to provide you with service once the repairs are made to the network.
