              They did a wonderful job in a very timely manner. Colin K**** was the representative that took the time, several times, to come out and discuss options. I would recommend this company to anyone. Cleaned up afterwards. If I need another roof in the future, they will be the ones I call first. Thank you all .

              I contacted newslook on June 1st. As of August fourth have had 2 calls,but no work. I finally got fed up and canceled the contract. Matt was not unhappy,it was too small of job. He really was not good to work with! I won't call them again. Sam R***

              Could not speak more highly of New Look! My new roof and gutters look great. After the storms came through in March, Colin worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered! New Look made this whole process easy, and could not have done better work on our home. I will be referring friends and family to New Look in the future!!

              Very Unprofessional. I was told it would be 2 weeks before they would start my garage roof replacement. It's been 2 months and nothing. No courtesy calls or anything. I have reached out to them several times to no avail. I recommend avoiding this roofing company.

              I had wind damage to my roof. I contacted Tim H******* and he was here the same day. He worked with my insurance company and got my new roof approved. They put on my roof on 4/19/2023. Tim made sure that all was done correctly and that I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again if I need anything else done.

              Received a quote to have garage wrapped with vinyl. The salesman said his men would complete the job in 1 day. They worked 3 half days and the job was never completed and they left all the remaining trash vinyl in our yard. Called the company and was told they would pick it up. It’s still in our yard.

              Contacted New Look Roofing concerning a roof leak on my mothers house. The owner, Julian ****, personally inspected her roof and the issue was fixed at a most reasonable price. I would definitely use New Look Roofing again and recommend the company to others.

              I can’t say enough about the service and support the entire staff at New Look Roofing provides. From the initial call, quote, timing, professionalism, and work it was all A+ service. They gave me a 30-minute notification before arrival and finished quickly. They even knocked on the door to confirm they were done and to have a great day. I highly recommend New Look Roofing for big or small projects. Fantastic local company!!!!!
