This company Parson's Hardwood Flooring is unreliable, and untrustworthy nor are they professional. Dave first came out July 8th for estimated, then we was told a couple weeks later he needed to come get measurements again. (Because they got wet in the rain). Not to mention wearing dirty shoes inside and marking up our baseboards. Dave ask for a $ 3350.00 deposit and our Flooring was suppose to be delivered on Sept.2nd and installed on the 8th. Dave had excuse after excuses. Patiently waiting Dave pushed out the delivery to the 12th once again he had excuses and wasn't here when he told us he would be nor did he contact us about not being here as scheduled. We had to call him an hour later to find out where he was. We told him this wasn't going to work out and we needed our deposit back and everyday since it's been one excuse after another and the last time we spoke he was on the way to drop off the deposit but Dave Parson never came or called. Plus, we found out that the wood was never ordered from the company Lanham's Hardwood Flooring which it was suppose to be coming from. Please beware of this company Parson's Flooring and save yourself from all the stress of sitting around waiting missing work and appointments on their count let along holding on to our money. We are now having to go through court to get our money back. 09/21/22
