5 starsOur project supervisor, Derik, from Taylor Homes was exceptional in completing our home in Indianapolis. The city of Indianapolis threw up every possible roadblock in the course of construction, but Derik and Taylor Homes pushed through them and completed the house. The finished product was excellent. We relied heavily on Derik's advice and insights regarding details such as the position of the A/C unit on the outside of the home. Furthermore, when the electricians installed a water heater in what we thought was a non-optimal position, Derik and Taylor Homes were supportive and flexible, quickly changing the installation at no additional cost.Review fromFallon J

5 starsWe love our Taylor home! From the get-go with Stephanie in the office to then Eva, Shawn, and Derik during the building phases everyone at Taylor Homes were phenomenal! Derik worked with us the most, his commitment to making our house a home was fantastic, he went through leaps and bounds to make everything PERFECT! I love my new Taylor home! We had a great experience with our superintendent. They went above and beyond to ensure our home not only was completed but done right. Everyone who comes to the home loves the vaulted ceiling but Our personal favorite part was the value we received in adding a basement. We couldn't ask for a better experience! We would highly recommend Taylor homes to anyone.

My husband and I LOVE our new Taylor Home! It was built with good craftmanship and quality materials. All of the folks at Taylor Homes are very pleasant to work with. It took about 11 months from start to finish, which seemed like forever, but I've heard that is a pretty normal length of time to build a new house. We stayed very involved during the building process and kept the lines of communication open and active, which I think helped maintain momentum. We also learned a lot about building a new house! We are so thankful for the dedication Taylor Homes showed during our recent build. Our home is our retirement home in a prime location across the street from our grand babies. Taylor Homes built us a very high quality home while staying within our cost restrictions. Julia Meister guided us through the first stage of our home selection and customization. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and gracious. We are very thankful that she was there to hold our hands and guide us through this time. It is obvious that Julia enjoys her job and is dedicated to Taylor. As anyone who has built a home understands that there are alway delays and “glitches”. We are impressed with Taylor’s responses to all issues in a professional and cordial manner. We had 3 supervisors by no fault of Taylor, through our build and our last building supervisor Brandon Pritchett was the best! He stayed in touch with us weekly, many times multiple times during the week throughout the final quarter of our build. His communication skills are A one. He has an exception eye for detail and hIs knowledge of home building is superb. He has a high level work ethic and and is very conscience of quality control. 1 starTaylor Homes is absolute trash. We have been “working” with them for 2 years. And my house is still not done. They have screwed us left and right. We are going on our 4th construction manager. There has been a 5,000 apartments built before our house. I’m talking started after and is done before our home. We moved our family for MI to TN and ended up having to go back because they keep screwing us over. They have even blocked me from social media cause I keep posting the truth about this garbage company. This has been the worst experience of our lives. We will be moving forward with a lawyer.
