Horrible Rude Racist Sexist Obnoxius Manager/Owner needs to be put out of business immediately for Rate Integrity/Rate Racism I booked a room online day before until the owner decides to cancel without notice then try to force me to take a jacuzzi suite then i book online through a 3rd party he then saw it then cancelled I will be taking this hotel management group to court

The motel is a franchise location that is only for a gang. There is $55 room rate for guests who book a reservation with at least 7 consecutive nights, but that motel is only for a gang. I had stayed for two weeks, then the motel manager had refused my next reservation for 7 nights because the gang members had said that the motel was only for a gang and that I was not a gang member. The gang members had chased and threatened the delivery driver who had brought me a delivery to that Red Roof Inn. We want to have posted signs with a city ordinance to demand that all of the places that are only for a gang must post the sign to show all customers that the place is only for a gang. People are hurt and robbed at the places that are only for a gang.

Horrible Motel, first off waited 20 minutes to check in, then when I got to my room it wasnt even ready, bed needed made, crumbs all over the floor. So I went back to the front desk waited 15 mins and the guy said we will have your room ready in about 30mins. Then turned on the tv and this floating banner would not go away. Called front desk twice and no answer, so I went back down to front desk and waited another 20mins and he said someone would be up shortly to look at the tv this was about 6pm. Waited a couple hours and no one showed up, seen manager walking the hall and told him no one came, then again he said ok give me a minute ill find someone, here it was 11pm and no one had came. Came morning we where highly upset, then happened to notice blood stains all over the pillow. Flagged down the Ast. manager and showed her, she said we checked those pillows before putting on the cases, like im the one who did it, I said there is no stains on the pillow cases and besides I brought my own pillow I just use a spare to rest my arm on. She went off on me yelling at me if I dont like it to leave, which I had a couple events that day and most motels where booked up and that wasnt an option. The outside of the motel was trashed, trash everywhere, trash over flowing the cans. Elevator had no weight capacity or certificate of operation on it sounded like it was about to brake down. Toilet kept running, pregnant lady was arguing with a man in the parking lot and kept screaming for about 30 minutes. Some guy was having an argument with someone on his phone at 1:30am right by my door and woke us up. Drag racing going on, drug deal in broad daylight in the parking lot. Management and staff was rude and hateful. I called corporate about all this and they contacted the manager which she lied and said that the problem had been resolved when it wasnt. You dont see any staff till around noon except a front desk person and a couple of ladies doing laundry.
