    Worst experience and most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I have been 3 weeks waiting on my delivery. I have been threatened and by Zack who is supposed to be the operations manager, and lied to multiple times. If you have any other option on this earth go with that.I would not entrust this company to deliver with integrity and your merchandise. I have had to contact the company I bought the merchandise from and asked to have someone reliable to deliver to me that not being DZ moving.

    We attempted delivery on 2 separate occasions. We arrived within time frame and nobody was home. Customer was not threatened or lied to. We can only wait on site for 10 min as we have plenty of other stops on truck. If Customer was home as scheduled this would not be issue.

I wholeheartedly recommend this moving company for their exceptional service, professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness. From the moment I contacted them for a quote, their customer service was top-notch. They were incredibly responsive, promptly answering all my questions and providing me with all the necessary information I needed to make informed decisions. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel confident in my choice right from the beginning. On the moving day, the movers arrived precisely at the scheduled time, ready to get to work. I was impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail. They handled all my belongings with the utmost care, ensuring that everything was properly packed, loaded, and secured for transportation. It was evident that they took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about the safety of my items. They also took the time to put together my my bed and move the heavy furniture to the places I asked for. I definitely recommend DZ Moving. They made a potentially stressful experience effortless.     Not professional at all. Just had a delivery and was only told the day before of when they would be there. Since I couldn't have made arrangements at work I had the neighbor to let them in. A problem came up and instead of calling me, which they had my number because they called right before delivery, they just threw the old mattress out in the yard.
