      They will not honor the warranty or fix the problem they will clear the code and send you away

      Servicio pésimo, falta de respeto al cliente, el 03/14/2022 compre a ellos un Ford Explorer 2017, a los 14 días el carro se daño,lo lleve hasta el dealer en grúa, ellos me proporcionaron otro carro mientras arreglaban ese, me han ido cambiando carros durante estos meses para un total de 4, hasta hoy 07/19/2022 no tengo el carro que originalmente compre, nunca me han llamado para darme una explicación, yo he ido varias veces para tratar de hablar con un manager o alguien que me pueda dar respuestas, no he logrado eso, siempre los vendedores son los que me atienden y sirven de enlace con ellos, supuestamente es el motor, lo cambiaron dicen ellos y no funciono, ahora que trajeron otro y tiene un liqueo y así han pasado 4 meses y 5 días. Mientras tanto la financiera sigue cobrando y he tenido que pagar por un carro que no tengo, ellos no tienen conocimiento de lo que ha estado sucediendo durante estos meses. Al final he sido yo la afectada por cualquier ángulo que se mire la situación. Agradezco su atención. Mi nombre es Vivían Vázquez Valdés.

      This is a very unfortunate situation for our customer Ms. ******! This problem with the Ford Escape has become pretty well known in recent months, the engines have been failing. When we sold the vehicle the problem did not exist, however, shortly thereafter the customer brought the vehicle back to us with the complaint. We worked with the warranty company to replace the engine at no cost to the customer and provided her with a new service loaner to drive. Upon, us putting the replacement engine into the vehicle, we found it to be faulty as well. This is not something that we could test for. The warranty company agreed that the replacement engine was faulty and sent us another engine. This time the engine had a faulty water pump (leaking) that needed to be replaced, in summary, we have all of the parts to repair the customer's vehicle and get it back to her. We have kept the customer informed along the way, unfortunely with the shortage of parts, etc. it has taken longer than expected. The great thing is that the customer has had a very nice, new, and reliable vehicle to drive the entire time. We anticipate the repairs to be finished by 8/1/22.

      Let me start by saying I will NEVERRRR own another ****** product EVERRRRR AGAIN in my ENTIRE LIFE after dealing with not one, but TWOOOOO DIFFERNET NISSAN DEALERSHIPS that didn’t want to help nor listen to a SINGLE word I said about what is going on and that they can’t help me when it comes to my car not performing the way it should and STILL giving it back to me saying that it’s fixed when its NOTTT!!!! I have a 2016 ****** Altima SR 2.5 with approximately 77,400 miles on it. I started having issues with my car around 70,000 miles. Sometimes at a stoplight I would have trouble accelerating. With the pedal all the way to the floor the car would either sit put and then lunge forward all at once or it would slowly crawl and then lunge forward. I also started to notice a whining noise after I would drive for 30+ minutes. The noise seemed to come from my transmission and I would see my RPM’s shoot up when the car started whining. It even got so bad that I would lose power and speed when trying to drive up a hill. After doing some research I found that the CVT transmission is not a good transmission and that many people had experienced these issues. It became so big of an issue that the warranty on these transmissions were extended. During all of these issues a check engine light also appeared. Before contacting the dealership, I had the code pulled and found that the front bank was running rich. This is where my interaction with Jeff Wyler in Louisville, KY starts. Because I felt my car was undriveable in this condition and feared it would not make it to the dealership (I live 45 miles from the nearest ****** Dealership) I hauled it there on a car dolly. They told me they would look at it and see what they could find but after what I had told them, they thought it was most likely the transmission. A few days later they called me and said they could not get a code to pull for the transmission but that they COULD fix the fuel rich code. I went in and got the quote and saw it was $1500 to replace a pressure control valve and my front O2 sensor. They marked those parts up so high and put 10 hours of labor to replace them on the quote. They wanted $80 for a PCV and 2.5 hours of labor to replace it. The PCV sits on top of the engine block and is as easy to replace as taking the cap off of a soda bottle. It also only costs $10. I did not have an additional $1500 at the time and was positive it wouldn’t even fix the real issue, rendering my car undriveable. They told me that the only thing covered under warranty is my transmission (this detail is important later on). They said without a transmission code or proof, that I could not get my transmission worked on unless I wanted to pay out of pocket. I said alright, and left. I drove around my home to try and get a code to pull. During this I took videos of what my car sounded like and showing when it lost power how my RPMs would spike and my speed would fall even with full acceleration. After bringing them the video as proof, they still said its probably just a fuel issue. I brought the car home, got all the parts on their list and took it to a local mechanic. The mechanic replaced the parts and I still had the issues and the fuel code even came back. The mechanic told me he found that one of my fuel injectors had burnt up and my catalytic converters were clogged. (this I confirmed when I saw them at the shop) So I had all of my fuel injectors replaced and the catalytic converters replaced ($1400 just for the converters, also important later on) The code went away but my issue with the transmission whining and losing power after 30+ minutes of driving continued. The list of parts that were replaced are as follows: Front and rear O2 sensors Mass air flow senser PCV (pressure control valve) All four fuel injectors Both Catalytic converters Finally, the check engine light comes on again, and yet AGAINN the main code is for the front bank fuel running too rich. But now there is also a SECONDARY CODE mentioning the pressure control switch on the transmission. I think “maybe NOW they’ll finally get my transmission fixed!”. This is where my interaction with Kerry ****** in Florence, KY comes into play. Now like I said I live 45 miles from the nearest dealership. That being said I live smack dab in between two dealerships. Since Kerry ****** is directly off the highway, I figured I had a better chance at the car making it to them. I made an appointment and dropped my car off on Saturday, September 11th. When arriving I was told they didn’t have a transmission mechanic there that day, even though the appointment was very specific that I was having troubles with my transmission. I said fine and left my car for the weekend. Every day I would call for an update and would have to leave voicemails and very seldom was called back. That was until I had a manager deliver a note to the service department to call me with an update. Now when I dropped off the car originally, I told them all the parts that had been replaced thus far and also gave them the code print off sheet that I got from ******** showing BOTH (main and secondary) codes that were pulled. They called me back to tell me that they don’t see a transmission code and only see the fuel code. The lady on the phone tells me that the mechanic described my car as a “MESS” with all of the after-market parts that were installed. I would hardly consider parts ordered from an auto parts store like ********, aftermarket. I was then told that you could only use “GENUINE” ****** parts to repair a ******. If this is true, then I think you should stop all ********’s and places like it from selling parts labeled as “exact fits”. This is the first time I have EVERRR been told I could not use “after market parts” on my car as I have done this on many of my previous vehicles with ZERO issues. She said that the mechanic wanted to start by TRYING to use “GENUINE ****** parts” and go from there. She also asked why I had my local mechanic replace my catalytic converters as they were still under warranty. I told her that the other dealership said the ONLY thing on my car that was still under any warranty was my transmission. Had I known this prior to taking my car to my local mechanic, I would have stopped him from buying the parts and taken it back to the dealership for THEM to replace instead of being out $1400. The woman at Kerry ****** said it would be $2,000 (for a new ECM, mass airflow sensor, and front and rear O2 sensors) I told her I highly doubt replacing my new parts with newer parts would do anything, but if they wanted to TRY it then fine, what else am I supposed to do? She called me days later after the parts came in and were installed to tell me it didn’t work. I was not surprised at all. Honestly, at this point I’m just annoyed and pissed because they’re wasting their time on parts that were perfectly fine. She then started to tell me they wanted to replace the fuel injectors next, to which I responded that I still had the originals and they could put those in first if they wanted to keep “TRYING things”. I then asked since the new parts didn’t work if they were just going to put my old parts back in because they said they only wanted to TRY new parts. This is when she informed me that they were going to keep the new parts in as they were non-refundable. I was FUMING that this was not mentioned before and now I owed this dealership $2,000 and my car was no better for it. She said she would see what she could do about any discounts. What she came up with was “once you give us the old fuel injectors, we won’t charge you to put them in”. This still will not fix my issue, replacing new parts with newer parts still makes no sense. Reluctantly I bring her my old injectors, because Kerry ****** is adamant that this will fix my car. I get a call the next day stating that my car is ready to go and they wanted to keep it over night to do one more test drive in the morning. I asked how long they were test driving it for because I left explicit instructions that the car would not show issues on a short test drive and that the car needed to be driven AT LEAST 30 minutes. She assured me she would let them know. They called me back today (9/29/2021) and said the car was still in good condition and was ready for pick up and I again asked how long the test drive was and she told me that it was about a 10-minute drive. Aggravatedly, I reminded her that the car needs to be driven longer and warm up before you can see/feel the issues. She said the mechanics don’t have that kind of time and assured me if there were any more issues to bring it right back. I get to the dealership and turn in the loaner they gave me yesterday when I dropped off the parts they wanted. They handed me my key and cashed me out. I get to my car and find that SOME of the parts they took off my car were MISSING (my O2 sensors). I had mentioned SEVERAL times that I wanted all of these parts back, and she had even TOLD me that they should all be in the car. I ALSO noticed that all of my injectors were MISSING O rings. This is absolutely ridiculous!! I go to start my car and pull it around to the front to get my missing parts and find that my car WILL NOT start, its DEAD!!!! I walk all the way back to the front and inside to tell them my car is dead and I am missing my parts. She then says “oh yea, the mechanic mentioned that your battery was dead so he replaced it with another battery that we know is bad but at least holds a charge.” How stupid is this statement!! What dealership in their right mind puts a BAD new battery in a car that was perfectly fine before when it arrived!!! If I was a betting man, I would say that the tech left a light on and drained my battery but didn’t want to admit it so they just said it came in bad. The battery was ONLY 2 YEARS OLD and had never had a single issue!! I am beyond angry at this point. NEVER ONCE did they mention my battery being dead over the phone or while test driving or diagnosing it. So now I have a “new dead” battery in my car and they said “we can put the old one in but it won’t work.” This is the biggest scam I have ever seen!!! I am out $2,000, and now the car is worse off than when I dropped it off. I have a known bad battery now and I refuse to believe it is just a coincidence that my battery died while at their dealership. After dealing with the incompetent woman at the desk, they jumped the battery and I drove home. Yes, the check engine light is gone (it has disappeared every time a part has been replaced in the past because the system is cleared) but I STILL LOST power while going up hills and have a VERY high whining noise coming from my transmission. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY/OWN ANOTHER NISSAN IN MY LIFE!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVERRR RECOMMEND NISSAN TO ANYONE I KNOW!! I WILL CONVINCE ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING A NISSAN AGAINST IT!!

      If you buy a car here do not go to Carlos. He was very sketchy. Tried to get us to get a loan through the car lot instead of the bank. We called our bank and they told us they can’t refuse our loan through the bank and that was illegal. The price for our car was $24,090 on their website and for absolutely no reason he wrote up the agreement and put the cars price at $24,190 we had to fight just to get him to sell the car for the price THEY advertised. Crazy. He was just trying to get an extra dollar wherever he could.
