              Again, for a second time I decided to get the Sunday edition of paper. After subscribing to a $4 deal, getting a receipt for $4, I was charged almost $17 dollars...this isn't the first time. After speaking with a customer service agent who knew ABSOLUTELY nothing, told me she couldn't cancel the order right then. Why? The money was taken...can't put it back. Will dispute the transaction with bank, as well as continue to try and cancel. I'd like a refund, an apology and something to be done about their obviously faulty processing. AWFUL.

              Was charged more than $30 more than my digital yearly subscription bill said it would be when I logged into my account to confirm the amount a day before it was scheduled to withdraw. It was a Sunday, so I had to wait until Monday, and was unable to get a human on the phone before Tuesday. I told them I wanted to cancel my account (C-J doesn't give you the option to do so yourself). They said it would be cancelled, and that my charge would be fully refunded within 10-14 business days. Neither happened. I called in again, was given the same story. My subscription was cancelled, but no refund. I called in today, and they tried to tell me that they don't normally do refunds for digital subscriptions. Really?! I have been assured that they will refund me, this time within 3-4 days. We'll see if that happens. This company is scammy af, and can't even keep it's own story straight. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!
