5 starsWe used Tom Drexler heating, cooling and electric for the first time when Our system was backing up pretty bad. I saw a commercial about all their services they provide. So we tried them. The tech was polite and he got to work when we explained what was happening. Things are running smooth again. We are glad we used them to fix our problem.Review fromSylvia C

James Y**** was very knowledgeable. We were given some tips that we have followed and found quite advantageous. As a result, we specifically requested him for the next six month check. Thankfully it was honored. Based on his recommendation we upgraded from a regular allergy filter to an electronic one.

5 starsTen(+) year Tom Drexler Technician, Chris Stengel, came to my house today to fix two clogged drains. The one in the Kitchen was fully clogged while the one in the Bathroom was slow draining. Upon him arriving, I explained my specific problems to him and he proceeded to visually look things over, pointing out some things that are likely to be problematic in the future. And although he was hopeful that it was not going to be an issue to get my two sinks operational today, it was nice that he was up front to let me know that he could run into a problem ... given the age of the home & the unrelated issues he had openly spotted. I happen to have an older home with some galvanized pipes, so I certainly appreciated his knowledge and insight as to what I can prepare for at a later date. After I signed off on his tablet, approving him to proceed, Chris went to his truck to retrieve the tools needed to snake both of the lines. He started with the Kitchen drain & continued on to the Bathroom, all along cleaning up after himself and wiping everything down. After each drain repair, he tested them to be certain that they were running perfectly, with no leaks under the sinks or downstairs in the basement. The entire process was quick, efficient & professional. The only thing that made me happier is knowing that I would only have to pay $89 for one drain repair, as the other was FREE as part of my Tom Drexler yearly Service Plan, which happens to only cost $16 p/mo. ... and includes one free drain cleaning, two yearly HVAC checkups p/yr & more. Tom Drexler is the best in the business & having a trusted Technician like Chris is just icing on the cake. I never go anywhere else. Well done!Review fromJohn M

Had a semi truck run over and break our water pipe. Called Tom Drexler at 3:30 pm and had a tech scheduled to come out that day. I received a text message at 7:15pm stating that my appointment had been cancelled. When I called and asked why, I was told the tech had called and left messages and I had not responded, all of which was untrue. My phone was beside me the whole time and no one ever called. Fast friendly service from a knowledgeable plumber. I actually contacted 3 plumbers for the replacement of my hot water heater. All three gave me bids. I found Tom Drexler to be the most complete with the very best value (notice I didn’t say cheapest) for the money.
