      On Feb. 11, a horrible skunk odor was smelled throughout my property passing through the closed windows and doors. The same horrible odor was detected by my neighbors. The skunks mate under the porches and stoops of all the townhomes on Best Ct. I witnessed the babies walk right into the foundation of my neighbor's porch last year. The babies were seen all over my lawn and my neighbors experienced the same thing. It was impossible to go out for food, medication, or go to doctor's appointments. *** ***** did not seem to take our request for help seriously. It was requested at that time that these areas be sealed to prevent this from happening again, but no action was taken. A trap is needed between **** *** **** **** **. to get rid of these unwanted invaders and a company needs to be contacted that can repair our stoops and porches so that we will never have to experience this nauseous encounter again.

      According to my records I have an overpayment and my next payment is not due until October 2022. In part because I did not initially go back and check my records. I relied on the statement I received from KY Realty and I overpaid it with to include payment of assessed late fees. I have spoken with multiple people in office and Written correspondence. I also spoke to bookkeeper ****** and Branch manager ****** He reassured me he I would hear back and this matter would be resolved. Instead I received the latest that stated and no response since: On Sep 7, 2022, at 3:48 PM, ****** ****** wrote: Just letting you know that the bank has come back and said they do not have record of the missing payments. Can you go to your bank and make sure they went through? Especially when I took the time screen shot and sent an entire year the information i have provided states whats been paid, etc….. I have not received verification from KY disputing they did not receive the funds my back ledger says they received. Nor have I received a letter stating correction, current status or reimbursement for over payments;the only remaining overage of money will be exhausted after September making next payment due October 2022. I have submitted records to KY 9/7 their Response nothing further
