    We bought a $10,000 heat pump in 2021. Techs have been out 14 different times. The owner has never contacted us one time. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy from Allgeier Air, and I would give zero stars, if I could! Still not working correctly to this day!

    We researched and selected Allgeier Air based on stellar customer reviews. I realized after the first visit that the reviews were solicited by the company and that even when I voiced concerns about the first visit they persisted in asking for a great review. Despite misgivings, we continued to use Allgeier Air for maintenance on our existing units and accepted their bid to replace an HVAC unit in an above garage bonus room. They recommended an Amana unit we have since learned is much too big for the space and neither installed nor vented correctly. The entire project and end results were disastrous from the beginning. Not only did the crew dent our wall and get grease on the carpet, but they ran the drain from the condensation pan INTO the garage. We have to keep a pan under the pipe and empty it daily. More importantly, we immediately noticed a strong smell from the new unit and called a tech back fearing carbon monoxide. He claimed it was a temporary smell and would dissipate. Two years later, it is still as strong as ever and we're now afraid to use it after learning that the unit is too big for the space and not vented properly. For our safety, the unit should have been vented through the roof! Finally, the pvc pipes that run under the unit were not fully connected and we have a huge leak in the ceiling. I have contacted Allgeier Air several times this summer. I had the project manager out to look at the issues and he dismissed my concerns regarding the leak, the smell, and the water draining into the garage. I have taken photos of the disconnected pipes (we had to hire a contractor to open the ceiling) and the poorly installed unit and sent them to Allgeier Air. No one has attempted to address my concerns. At this point, I would not trust anyone from Allgeier Air to do any work on my home. I hope to prevent someone else from making the same mistake. I highly recommend P********* -professional, efficient, responsive and truly 5 star.

    I am extremely selective in the companies I choose to use. I was given their name by my realtor. I then googled them and read their reviews. After the walkthrough & discussion, I felt very confident this was the HVAC company for me. Excellent customer service from the first text throughout the entire process!! I also am confident that this excellent customer service is their normal and will continue on in the future! Austin Hobbs sales, Matt project mgr, installers: Justin, Riley, and 2 other technicians on site (don't remember their names) were all incredible!! Pricing was very good. Communication was excellent from sales through installation and beyond! They were very patient and thorough with all my questions. I very highly recommend this company. Request Austin in sales and Justin & Riley as your installers. You will be in excellent hands!

    Horrible company! Service manager RONNIE came out after the "technician" that's what we will call him. And told me he was sorry for the previous 3 days it took to get you air condition. Just to replace the fan blade. The "tech" the previous 3 days just kept asking me what's your end goal with this unit. WOW I said well for it to work. He said you need a new unit. I said no I don't you told me this is what's wrong with it. The fan! So he keeps trying to sell me a new unit. I finally say get OUT! I am DONE! Then he says I know what's wrong with it now. You need a new motor. I say oh I do? So he says yes I checked on it earlier its gonna be $200. I said well ok then Ill pay for it. As I look at my air unit. They have rigged the unit up something crazy! I said hey that's not supposed to look like that. He said yea I know I got the wrong part today. Again I said guys get out now! So I get a text later that night saying I am Sorry for the way I acted today and misdiagnosing the problem! I don't respond. So them RONNIE comes out puts some "juice" in it he says. I say ok sounds good right? He said your good to go. Now this is after I have paid $384.00. Now not has 2 weeks gone by the loud noise is back on the unit. So I call and now MATT with no last name and RICK also with no last name. RICK is THE OWNER ! Said we are not doing the work for $200. The amount the "tech" quoted me. RICK THE OWNER said that was a 1 time deal that night deal! WOW! These guys are crooks and need to be stopped! I've called and called and called! No one wants to talk to me now. STAY AWAY! BAD COMPANY!

    I want to leave a review of 0 out of 10 on your service and products are not reliable. Paid 45000 for a new heating and air unit 2 years ago and had to have you come out 5 times to "fix" it. When the warrantee ran out you came and charged over $200 and the unit failed again. A master electrician came as your guy said it was an electrical problem. Your people put in a 25watt unit with a 30 watt cable going into a 15 watt braker box!!! Are you even certified to do this work? well I give you a zero out of 10 on your service and products. When I called and tried to discuss the issue I was told a manager would call me. I have heard nothing in 2 weeks. YOU ARE FIRED!!!!!!!
