            The BBB is posting the following information to advise the public of a scam that is misusing the KFC brand name to swindle job seekers. The "job" is purported to involve wrapping the applicant's car in a vinyl shrink wrap form of advertising. The applicant is sent a check for deposit in his/her account which includes "salary" (about $400) and a much larger payment (about $2600) which the applicant is directed to withdraw  and wire to the company that will install the advertising wrap on his/her car.  The BBB advises the public that any offer which requires the transfer of funds via wire or cash value debit card to unknown persons should be avoided. If you are unsure as to the validity of  any such offer please contact your local BBB before transferring funds. Once the money has been transferred it cannot be recovered!!

              5-17 I made an order on the KFC mobile app. When I went to the location to pick up my order, I was informed that what I ordered wasn’t available and was offered a substitute instead. I let them know that I wanted a refund instead since they didn’t have what I actually ordered. I was told that I had to call the corporate number. After going through two levels of reps, I was told that I was outside of the refund window and could not receive a refund. I told the rep that I felt like I had been robbed. To date, I’ve received no communication and no refund. Additionally, I’ve come to realize that this is a common problem with KFC. A business of this size shouldn’t be able to just openly rob it’s customers. I got nothing at all and they still have my money. I just want my money back.               What a shame. When you are craving fried chicken you expect KFC to produce consistent fried chicken. Well that’s not the case for this location. We ordered a bucket of chicken and had it delivered. At first glance, everything looked great. As we began to plate the chicken we soon realized the breading was falling off and saturated in oil. Out of an entire bucket 1 piece held up and was edible. This is pathetic when you spend 30 dollars on chicken to get 1 quality piece. The quality of this order was poor and I am highly dissatisfied with this locations execution of fried chicken. It is literally what your brand prides itself on making. This store failed to meet the mark. Such a waste of money and a good way to spoil a meal. Hopefully this location can get it together and execute the thing the store should be able to do with ease.
