  ****O sent them to put a spare tire on. They called ****O and cancelled the request before they got to me saying I don't have the tools to put a spare tire on; I thought a roadside emergency company would have the tools to change my flat tire with a spare, I have the factory tire changing tools in the trunk. ****O sent another request to them and they finally showed up. The person who arrived was very nice, but said he couldn't take off my flat tire because the lug nuts were swollen. I told him I just had the Toyota dealership rotate the tires. He said they have the right size socket to take them off when swollen, which is a 22mm socket. If he knows this, why doesn't the tech have the proper tools for roadside service. Also, the person showed up in a small personal vehicle, no way to know he was even a Jack Rabbit contractor; not very professional. So my vehicle still has a flat tire. Thankfully this was at my home. Because of my age/health I can either pay a professional roadside mechanic, or have it towed to the Toyota dealership in town. Don't use this company! ****O uses this pathetic company, and they told me that was the only company they use in my area.

  Sent through our insurance. Totally unprofessional and scary. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values their personal safety and being treated with respect. The technician was hostile and aggressive toward me immediately upon meeting, when he assumed I had hung up on him earlier and "been very rude" - despite the fact that I had not spoken to a single human being from Jack Rabbit regarding my service. This was not for lack of trying - I reached out to the number provided as a direct line to the provider multiple times and was constantly met with an automated message asking me to press 0 to speak to an operator. I attempted to explain this to him but he was irate and insistent I was rude and hung up on him. Thankfully my partner was present to speak with this man for the 15 minutes it took to de-escalate his anger and convince him to do the service. It is absurd that that even had to occur. Regardless of any perceived issue prior to the service, it is unacceptable to speak to and approach other people that way. Further, as he fumed he cancelled our service through the insurance vendor, claiming to our insurance that he could not find my vehicle - as he was parked directly next to my vehicle. He then decided to perform the service "at a deal" for us of $40 - paid directly to his personal Venmo, not through the agreed upon 3rd party vendor. We paid as we sincerely felt concerned for our well-being around this erratic and hostile man, not knowing if he had anything underlying occurring, and knowing our insurance will reimburse. Carlos G. should NOT be servicing anyone's vehicles, and had I been on my own, or heaven forbid in an isolated area, I cannot emphasize how much more terrified I would have been. I would rather pay $400 for a lockout service and be treated with dignity than ever encounter this person again in ANY capacity. It was traumatic and deeply unprofessional - be warned when using Jack Rabbit Services, LLC.

  Jack Rabbit told me they don't give a **** if my vehicle is stranded or not, if I did not sign a blank document they cant provide a service.

  This is the 2nd time I have had to use Jack Rabbit through my insurance company and this is the 2nd time I came away VERY WELL PLEASED with their services!!! Both times it was my battery and both times he got me back on the road again. I figured with all this extreme cold weather we've been having lately, that it is killing these batteries left & right and that they would be very busy jumping folks off. That's why I didn't mind the 45 minute wait. But this gentleman came quickly, I don't think I even waited the whole 45 minutes. I highly recommend Jack Rabbit Services...they are on the ball and they are very nice folks, thank you!!!

  Horrible company. Say they will be there in 50 mins but don’t come for hours later. Never contact you or the insurance company to let you know they’re running behind

  This service failed miserably saying they could not find me and tried to call me but I didn’t answer. I was very visible on the freeway and I received no phone call.

  Lousy company. Had flat tire. After waiting two hours I tried calling but no one answered. My insurance company tried calling without success. After a while longer my insurance company finally gets in touch with someone and Jack Rabbit said they could not complete the service. No call to me or my insurance company stating this. Were just leaving me stranded. From what I have read in other reviews this is a habit of theirs. Very unprofessional. Wish I could leave zero stars.

  Had no idea my insurance would send a guy in a personal vehicle. He was late. Smelled like weed and I repeatedly told him I wasn't letting a guy touch my car who drives up in a personal vehicle, especially on my home property. He was rude and disrespectful. I asked him to go in the road. I was never notified who was coming or thar it wasn't a real auto assurance company. I mean who wants a random person in a nondescript car pulling up to you. Creepy as hell and if his car had a issue after the jump.hr could sue my home insurance. This company sucks!!!!!
