1 starI have only deposited in my account and played games. Tonight I went to log on and to my surprise my account was suspended. I contacted customer service through chat and also called. All they could tell me was I violated terms of use. I am confused how you violate terms of use when you have only deposited money and played. The only thing I can think of is where I had won a pretty good amount on two occasions. No one was able to answer any of my questions. I am not sure what their deal is but being I have done nothing but play games is they single out people who may have won??? On their terms of use, all of it is criminal. I have never even had a speeding ticket and am sure I have had nothing to do with criminal activity. I only chose there to play because it is suppose to support KY education. One if I am going to be accused of anything criminal then someone better have evidence of that because I assure you I wouldn't be involved in any criminal activity's. Wait, gambling is illegal in Ky so as long as you are spending it on their site it is ok? They prevent any casino's from coming in, you can't gamble online at any other casino... I see a lot of favoritism as well as and excusable illegal activity according to KY law. I would like to know and have proof that they actually help with Ky education and how much is actually spent on education. I just wouldn't waste my time on their site because they seem to pick at people and make false accusations.Review fromAngie S

Would not recommend playing pick 3 online. I won 350.00 today on midday draw. It’s been over 4 hours and I still haven’t received my winning payment. When I sent a chat asking why I hadn’t gotten it yet the lady was rude and said there is no time limit when I might get it. So how knows if I will ever get my money.

1 starI have lost a lot of money playing KY Lottery. I wish I would have read the reviews before I got hooked. When I did when $606.00. The $6 just assured I would have to pay taxes on it. If it appears I am going to win one of the following happens 1. Simply logged out 2.Error return to lobby 3. Under Maintenance try later 4. Spinning circle have to resume play I hope I am not hooked to the point I can’t quit. I never had a problem quitting before at a casino. 2.Review fromJimmy L

1 starFraud and yes it’s fraud if it’s not ky lotto I rember when I was 14 we would cut tobacco have money we worked for I would buy a couple lotto tickets each day and I would win somthing maybe not everytime but I wouldn’t go through 25 tickets and then win one ticket of $5 it’s a joke and they need a oversight I’ve contacted the attorney general and I’m the same as the others that has left a review thinking the same as I am it’s just been the last couple yrs I buy enough tickets I would win a few hundred quiet often yes luck odds has everything to do with it but the amount of tickets I buy a math major says the odds can’t be right it’s impossible ! But I bought tickets in paintsville ky they were tickets missing in the middle of 5 tickets or more buy the last remaining tickets and the roll ends on 97# I have pics i but fraud from the stores and ky lotto it’s self makes it impossible ! I need a refund for the 10,000 I’ve spent I have pictures of fraud and who knows how often this goes on !Review fromJordan B

Honestly I think it is 100% rigged, based on how much you put in a deposit. Not to mention the shady tactics to keep someone addicted. It also seems that the odds of winning change daily, absolutely its a scam, "win up 10,000$" -you could win, you might win, you probably won't win, you definitely won't win. Was playing 7's game last night and it' showed I won135 so put down my phone and had dinner I get back on my phone and I received a email saying winnings was removed from account stating I didn't complete my game. I stopped in Thornton gas station on Fern valley road the new one used my card to purchase a scratch off from the machine. The machine took my $50.00 and I never got my scratch off. Spoke with the cashier was told I needed to speak with the manager the next morning she in turn directed me to call Lottery headquarters. They in turn told me it would take 7 to 10 days to refund my money now I get an email saying. Your transaction was successful, and they are unable to issue a refund. Unacceptable I called the lottery to speak with a supervisor and no one is available. they would have to call me back. I asked when this would happen, she didn't know. How can you take my money and not provide me with the product. Rip off!!!! I will never purchase again. Terrible customer service had I rip them off I would have been in jail!! They want your money but what do I get in turn the run around. Bad business they don't care I purchase in good faith to get nothing but a run around.Kentucky Lottery Corporation

1 starTotal rip off spent $1000 in past week and barely hit anything. There’s no way that the online lottery is random. I can bet $1 20 times and never hit. Take bet down to $.10 and hit instantly.Review fromWayne H

1 starBeen playing scratch offs for years now.i usually spent 10 to 20 dollars a day and would win on occasion but here recently within the past couple Years i am lucky just to get my money back.they are more interested in paying off scholarships and the state debt then giving you a chance to win anything worth while.its a waste of money anymore.im done
