We were at the latest NASCAR race and the representatives from Shady Rays were having computer issues. They were continually friendly and showed no real frustration. We stopped back by the display to see if they had gotten things fixed and my sons both tried to help them.Review from Lynn B

Shady Rays is a great company to do business with. Quality products and fantastic customer service. I had a small issue with one of my pair glasses, they quickly and professionally addressed it and resolved in an extremely timely manner. Customer for life!Review from Quinton H

Ordered this much stuff: $230.53 USD Apr 30, 2024 Order status as of 5/7/24 05/07/2024 4:36 A.M. Package Damaged: Returned to Sender Urbancrest, OH, United States I get this response asking for tracking information literally seconds after I ask: "I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't received your package yet. I just checked your tracking link, and it looks like a delivery was attempted but that the carrier was not able to deliver your package. Tracking Link:[...] . I would recommend reaching out to your local post office or carrier to see if your package is with them or they are planning to re deliver at a later date." Their response to my missing order due to THEIR vendor mess up is for me to, respectfully, go f*** myself cause they already have my money. An hour has passed since and NO response now. How convenient. Awesome customer service.

I love the glasses but they have broken twice. The first time Shady Rays promptly replaced the glasses. The latest interaction has been very frustrating and they don’t respond well to their email. Twice I have been on very long holds to speak to a representative and they have asked that I send pictures which I have done and they said they will send a return voucher which is not been sent to this date. I will not be doing business with Shady rays in the futureShady Rays Response

Shady Rays is an exceptional company and one that I will continue to provide business to unless proven otherwise. The ability to set themselves apart from their competitors is the quality/style of their sunglasses, while still being very affordable. Even the sales and deals they run from time to time, you cannot pass up. The biggest compliment to their business, is their lost/broken and craftmanship replacement policy. I have lost a pair before, as well as had two pairs break simply because well...sunglasses do that over time. The fact that I can get a replacement pair with ease, is honestly fantastic. I highly recommend Shady Rays to anybody looking for a great pair of sunglasses, especially for those who don't want to "break the bank". I couldn't be happier over the several years of owning their sunglasses.Review from Disappointed S

Unfortunately, the glasses are cheap and so is their development budget. Bought ski goggles and prescription sunglasses. The goggles are flimsy and with weird flexible frames, not enough foam and don't fit well. The prescription sunnies felt flimsy and not sure what the VLT is but they're not very dark. Shame as the "tangle-free" idea is genius. My concern is that for $250, they would last weeks at best. The problems really began when initiating a return. Countless emails garnered stock replies not addressing my request for an Rx return label. Then they finally sent a link to the label (along with replacement glasses instructions - doh) and it doesn't work. Just too much hassle for a middling product. Still waiting for my return label and wondering if they just intend to run out the 30-day refund period? Soooo shady.Review from Ben Y

Sunglasses broke so I reached out to shady rays and they replaced them free of charge!! Maddie and Ashley were amazing. So quick to respond and get things handled for me. We will definitely be lifelong customers! Company has great business ethics and morals. Keep up the great work.
