Excellent company, workers were friendly and approachable. Cleaned up daily behind themselves. I had one issue due to a vacant lot next door and they came out to access the issue and the next day here to take care of it. Highland was highly recommended. Advisor came out and I pointed somethings out to him. He assured me that they will address and take care of my concern. And that is exactly what they did. Highland, was very reasonable in pricing, dis not sown play their competition as some others do. We are now after 17 years considering adding Sq footage in our basement. Having just had just about every trade represented in our house overhaul these last 3 months I can say with great conviction that these guys were great! I admit I am a picky craftsman, having built high-end custom furniture for a very detail-oriented clientele for many years. It is not uncommon. for me to perform the "punch list" (final items and details needed to close out a job) myself, often reworking fit and finish details that simply were not done well. Not the case with HBW, these guys worked steady, focused and with an eye for detail and finish. You may be impressed with the breakneck speeds of other crews, but look carefully at the finished product and the condition in which they leave your home. The price for their work was very fair, it was bid with time built in so the guys could do this agonizing work at a reasonable pace and not feel like they had to compromise quality. The crew was kind enough to leave me a few supplies for a job I was working on and they were conscientious and friendly through the entire process. The warranty is a big seller as well, the life of the structure. Check other warranties for conditions of "lifetime" warranties that are only transferrable to one new owner, often with an unrealistic transfer timetable (30 days from transfer of title.) It is always wise to get 3 bids, but I am VERY HAPPY to have made the decision to go with HBW!!

This is the second time we have used them. Each time they do a great job. If we have problems in the future, we will call them again. Good price. Good service.

This company is wonderful! Timely arrival each of 5 day job, very courteous and accommodating workers. They were unobtrusive and despite the frequent need for jackhammering the full basement, they made this efficient experience very palatable. These men were so kind, they even brought pkgs in out of the rain and told me later! I highly recommend this company due to the work ethic displayed and the price was very reasonable considering the complicated nature of this undertaking! Thank you, Highland Waterproofing!

Best experience I've had with a contractor in a while. They showed up when scheduled, worked like dogs and minimized the impact/mess on what is typically a very dirty job. At first, I thought their estimate sounded pricey, but they're right within range of other companies if you're making an apples to apples comparison. I now see why the cost is what it is, and it's definitely reasonable for the work involved. Excellent job done by excellent crew. I highly recommend them.
