    This company is horrible I will never do business with them again as they are money hungry my building is only 9 days past due as I’m on ssi and they are saying it’s up for repossession…The only good thing is no money down but they are awful to deal with and my payments are 565.00 a month warning ?? never buy from them or rent to own through them

    If I could give -0 stars I would. On January 2nd I was told my payoff was $448.45. On Feb 3rd I paid $125. Now they are telling me my pay off is $524.93. They do not post payments to your account correctly. THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY! I would not finance anything through them. We have paid way more than the contract stated. The are rude people to deal with too. STAY AWAY FROM SCOTTS RTO!!

    My experience with Scott's RTO LLC has been extremely unsatisfactory. Customer service is severely lacking. When I attempted to address my concerns regarding unexpected fees, the representative I spoke with abruptly ended the call without providing any resolution or explanation. The most significant issue I encountered was the unexpected and unclear tax implications on each payment. The company failed to adequately disclose these fees upfront, leading to confusion and frustration. Despite making timely payments, I consistently faced unexpected charges labeled as taxes, which I believe to be excessive and inadequately explained. The lack of transparency regarding these fees and the company's overall lack of customer support, including the abrupt termination of my phone call, created a highly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I strongly advise potential clients to explore alternative options to avoid similar issues and the potential for unexpected costs.

    If I could give this company a 0 I would. My parents bought a cabin from them.. paid it off even.. fast-forward my parents passed away and I took possession. I came home from work one day and jumped in the shower, Someone was beating on the door and to my surprise. It was a repo man. He had a camera strapped to his belly and was telling me that he was going to repo my cabin. I told him that the cabin was paid off, but he was not listening. I ended up on the phone with a lady from the company who proceeded to argue with me until asking what color the Shed was. You could hear the shock in her voice, knowing she ****** up. … he was hooking up to a dark brown cabin when he was looking for a honey colored shed. This guy ripped The electric line right from it and loaded it onto his truck. While the whole time I’m yelling, you have the wrong one and you need to talk to this lady. Now mind you, this guy didn’t have a description of what he was picking up or a VIN number or anything, Just saw a “shed” and hooked up. Come to find out they were looking for my brothers Shed to which they already picked up. Fast-forward… I’m on the phone telling them I will own thier company if you don’t fix what you broke.. I had stuff in the cabin that they broke. I had stuff outside of the cabin that they broke…. And after months of going back-and-forth, they finally tell me that they will send me a check for the things that they broke.. nice, but The check don’t even add up to the total of my quotes. When dealing with all of this, Scott himself reached out to me and he is the worst person… Tried telling me that my brother was on drugs.. That we sold the shed for drugs. And all kinds of craziness. I have never directly bought anything from this company, but after dealing with them in such a negative way I will never.

    I am buying a shed from them and I emailed them every 3 months to ask them the payoff and it’s always the same amount. Now I ask you how can that be the better business bureau needs to investigate scottsrto

    Customer service is horrible, they have excuses for everything, they screwed up & I waste 2hrs helping them realize how they made the Mistake not me, planning on getting them totally out of my need

    This company is a hoax, please do not do businesss with this company. My shed was $5100, I have made all payments on time and now their saying I owe another $1k. That would total almost $7200 worth of payments. Hoax Hoax Hoax buyer be ware.

    Absolutely horrible people we had money stolen off our card we have an active police report that was emailed to them, a house just nobody do business with these people highly unethical rude won't call back won't answer the phone and then when they do answer the phone they're too contrite to listen to the customers. They're actually here the repo company is to pick up the shed, we will never do business with this company again!! No compassion for the fellow man when we have an active police report showing where our money was stolen and I missed a payment and then that payment led into two missed payments I paid what I could got receipts for everything that I did pay but then again they wanted the money and then they still come and got the shed.. oh, Note; work to note they are not accredited with a better Business bureau

    Absolutely terrible. I had a building delivered and during delivery the guy knocked down a line connected to our house. Refused to fix it. Then had the building picked up due to lay off at work. They waited 2 months to pick it up. I asked for a phone call to be at home when they came. They didn't comply with that and tore my yard and concrete driveway all to hell. Called the company and they said it's not their problem! Never again will anyone I know get a building from here!!!
