    I made a purchase on a sheeee shed. I was told they are picking up my shed. I do not have any late payments... This is just nuts. I'm on a piece of land which is shared with the whole family. 20 acres is plenty of room for everyone to live comfortably. Now they are picking up my shed because a cousin don't like me and she called Scotts RTO. And they came and picked up my shed. I was able to save it that day... But here a week later. I hear they are coming for it. I have not had one call from this company. Nor any messages. Very poor way to cop out. It all BS. My life is in that shed for which I am homeless did I mention? This is Evil at its finest. When Scotts RTO came and picked it up the first time they destroyed a lot of my property gotten damaged. My mother father and brothers ashes were everywhere. Broken glass tables broken TVs.. They will not answer my calls. Tomorrow they will be picking up my belongings.. please report this somebody. I don't know what to do.

    Well in order to leave a comment you have to leave a rating or in other words I would give them no stars. I have had a building with them since 2018 and for the last 2 years my payoff has been the same in the amount of $800. And I have pulled all my receipts and bank statements and I have paid well over what they told me the total cost of the building was. I have received 2 text messages stating that $300 more was applied to my account which is bull. They take it upon themselves to add extra money to your account and they all don't send receipts when u make a payment and they tell you receipts are upon request that is not how to run a business. And their payment history does not add up to my bank statements. This place is a ripoff. I could have built 3 buildings with what they are trying to charge me.

    Worst business I have EVER dealt with. Live and learn I guess. I should have known better right.from the beginning how unprofessional this company is. They never told me total cost of building, interest rate, or any other hidden fees they have( like late fees). Ive been playing one my building for around 3 years now and did get behind a.couple of months. Made new weekly payment arrangements been making such payments for a little over 6 months now and paying A few dollars extra each week. According to their bills I have NOT caught up any. They constantly call harassing me telling me I hadn't made a payment in which I have to give them the tracking number to prove I had. I still have No idea how much I owe. If I could afford a lawyer I would sue. Be smart their are other RTO company's with just ask good of products that are a lot cheaper too. I will make sure I have a final price the next time I buy anything I wont be foolish enough to trust anyone as far as business goes.

    HORRIBLE BUSINESS DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! In may of 2020 they told me that i was late on payments and they would come and take the building IN TWO WEEKS. they never did.. I called, emailed, and even tried texting the number.. no response and an error message when i called. and even drove 45 minutes to their store and was told they went out of business. talked to an attorney and she said after i contacted them that if they tried to get it back it wouldn’t be an issue. two years later (july of 2022) they messaged me saying they came to get the house in september of 2021 WITH OUT WARNING.. and said the building wasn’t there.. well.. buddy a lot changes in a year in a half.. i moved and had to pay from pocket to have it moved. Then they sent me a message on my personal facebook.. harassed me trying to get my address.. stalked my facebook.. and sent me a picture of the barn from two years ago as proof that i had it (even though i did not deny having it) Let’s just say that the attorney is going to get involved again, because this is absurd. again.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

    Read the reviews and I had no problems they were always nice and friendly. I was never late on payment till covid hit and they always were understanding. Paid off ayr ago.
