            I placed an order #****** with Au Natural Organics on 12/01/2023. I ordered 2 3.4 oz. bottles of Organics Batana Oil and 1 tube of Radius Organic Toothpaste Clove Cardamom in the amount of $40.92. I received an emailed receipt on 12/01/2023 that shows that my order was received. On 12/08 I received an email showing that my ordered had shipped along with a USPS tracking number. I waited a serval days and I put in the tracking number which was given to me and the USPS didn't show that my order was ever received. I tried to call to Au Natural Organics on 12/27/2023 but, they don't phone calls, so sent them an email asking from an update regarding the items that I purchased from them. I was informed that there was a number of pending orders and that there is delay in processing my order. So I emailed them again on 01/10/2024 and go the same response as before with an apology. I've continuously emailed them for updates. On May 22nd and May 29th I emailed them and I've heard nothing back on the ordered I placed with them on 12/01/2023. I'm fed up with this company and I want a refund for my money back of $40.92 since they don't have the items in which I ordered. I will never purchase anything from them again.

            I placed an order to this company on July 16, 2024. Today is July 24 and I still have not received my product. I did receive a USPS tracking number and after that there’s no movement. I contacted them via email and I contact them via their online chat. I’ve contacted them a total of eight times and I have gotten no response. I contacted them by phone and they had me hold on with some automated recording only to tell me that they were busy with other customers and to leave a message. I just hung up. Today I am contacting my bank to get my money back. I am a small business owner myself, and would never treat my customers this way. I hope they burn in ******* ****. I should’ve read the reviews before even placing an order, but I figured the website looked legit in the products are actually products that I would use myself. I’ve learned my lesson on this one.
