            If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I made a purchase of over $150 on April 26 (2024), it is now August 22nd and I still have not received my items, nor a refund. Someone emailed July 22nd and stated that the items would be shipped out that week. I haven't received any tracking # (even after emailing them multiple times requesting one) and again, it is August 22nd and I have not received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

            I placed an order to this company on July 16, 2024. Today is July 24 and I still have not received my product. I did receive a USPS tracking number and after that there’s no movement. I contacted them via email and I contact them via their online chat. I’ve contacted them a total of eight times and I have gotten no response. I contacted them by phone and they had me hold on with some automated recording only to tell me that they were busy with other customers and to leave a message. I just hung up. Today I am contacting my bank to get my money back. I am a small business owner myself, and would never treat my customers this way. I hope they burn in ******* ****. I should’ve read the reviews before even placing an order, but I figured the website looked legit in the products are actually products that I would use myself. I’ve learned my lesson on this one.

            Hello, almost every comment in this thread of comments towards AU Natural Organics company is true. I also was scammed and never got a product after paying. In fact, one of my credit cards had gotten hacked after I made this purchase. Was it them ? Possibly. Stay far away, they took $35 from me roughly.

            This company is either a scam or completely incompetent. I never received the product I paid for and in spite of my request to them to do the right thing and refund my money they still have not done so which meant I had to go through my bank tongetje my money back. It was an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with this company.

            This company is terrible. They literally scam you out of your money and never give you the product you ordered. I will have to contact my bank to get my money back since it’s been over two months, barely any responses when I call, voicemails are full when I call, and their customer service is abysmal. Do NOT SHOP HERE!!

            I have to agree with customers below. They have an excellent product that I received this fall on Amazon. I have tried through Amazon to order it again start Jan 1. My experience was the same. USPS notified that a dipping label was created but never picked up for shipment- twice. Even Amazon could not track these people down and returned my money. It is a real shame because their date seed oil is an exceptional product, and I could get them hundreds of sales. But no one answers their phones or if they do, they make false promises. I am almost desperate to get their product snd yet, zip..,,
