Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds are only permitted prior to submission of specimens for testing. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, a refund will be issued less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after thirty (30) days from purchase date. Within ninety (90) days of purchase date, a full website credit will be issued upon request and the credit will expire one (1) year from the purchase date.
