DO NOT RENT HERE !!!! NO A/C in the mid summer! They came to “fix it” 4 times in two weeks. The A/C unit just last for a few hours due to a big Electrical issues in the whole building. (All my neighbors already reported too) I did reported both problems and they promise me to send a Licensed Electritian to seriously fix the issue but guess what? That never happened!!! I told them that I would move out because they never fixed the problem, so now they are trying to charge me 2 months of rent if I move before my lease ends. What kind of joke is this??? Why I should pay for something that they never fixed it??? That don’t have any Customer Service culture and any common sense either. I already sent my 30 days notification to them and I will move out right after and I’m not willing to pay that “penalty “ for something that they never took care.

I have been renting from Reserve White Oaks for two years. Since the then crime has risen and so as my safety concerns. We done had murders, robberies, and other felony crimes that have accrued at Reserve White Oaks. I notified them 30 days in advance that I will not like to renew my lease agreement due to I found a home. I was then told I had to tell them 60 days not 30 days that I would be moving. As I explained if they would not keep going up on my rent and the crime rising I would stay. But due to now I can afford a home I have one and it’s lesser than my apartment payments. For someone to know 60 days if they are moving is observed. No one will hold a house for 60 days for you to move. It’s no grantee you can find some to hold a house for two months. I think this should be illegal. I paid my rent on time and never been late. And people getting put out everyday. I done had 7 neighbors in two years from people moving in and out. A pool was placed by my apartment which have drawn hundreds of people to the area. Mind you a baby died last year in the pool here and instead of closing pool down they build a bigger pool and no life guards. Kids are out swimming after 2 am with no parents. It’s more about safety and some where I can afford and better and safer environment. I have listed news articles from the crime that goes on at these apartments and they don’t want people to move and better they self. I feel it’s unfair when they have over 50 empty apartments and they mad because I want to move to a home instead of coming home and no parking spaces. Then I am paying rent and to pay to park at my own house. They are all about money. And hurting the people who are fair. I did my time now let me go better my life and my kids life with a home God bless me to be able to afford.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Upon moving in they had no Apt then when moving in so PM waived my pet fee in 10/15/21 now they are attempting to make me pay it now 7 months later! Not only that my apartment is located in front of a sewer that backs up all the time. Since moving in the hole has overflowed and dumped poop and tissue all over the lawn and by my door! The city can't do anything cause it belongs to the property but they also stated that a "grease drain" shouldn't have poop or any kind of sewage coming out of it so they have either connected the drains and this is the cause of it because it shouldn't be connected to anything but it's own pipe! I am a prisoner in my own home I cannot enjoy being out front of my house because it smells so bad and I have to live in a house with all type of smell goods to keep the poop smell out!!!! This place do not care I had mold and all they did was cut and replace my wall! My bathrooms flooded from upstairs Apt and all they did was put in a machine to get the water out my walls never ever came back to fix anything and I'm positive I HAVE MOLD IN MY WALLS FROM THE LEAKS!!! PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE I AM TRYING TO SUE THEM ALONG WITH A FEW NEIGHBORS SO THINK ABOUT THAT!!!!

Never rent with this company. On April 24, 2022, I went to Reserve at White Oak for a scheduled tour. Everyone seemed friendly and I was shown an apartment. I loved the layout and told the male salesperson that will apply closer to the moving date. On June 7, 2022 I applied on their website and paid for the application fee and administrative fee of $249. I called to see if they received my application and a female answered the phone. I was told she will get with her supervisor to get the application rolling. On June 8, 2022, I called and the same female told me her supervisor has not reviewed yet. I thought this was odd so I waited two days before calling. On June 10, 2022, I called and spoke with the same female and was told it was denied because I had a Chapter 13. I assured her I was paying it off and waiting on the letter. She also told me that I was a criminal which shocked me completely. I asked could I have my money back and was told no money will be returned and was hung up on. Not only was her behavior unprofessional, I never received a letter for the denial. This is unacceptable and I want my money back and apology from this company. It is a shame that hidden racism still exist.
