    I paid 3500 to have the aluminum fence ordered in June 2023. They came and installed the next week. One of the 2 gates were damaged in transit but installed. I was told they would order another one and install it next week. I made the mistake of paying the remain 3500 before I was satisfied with the job. He offered to install a 6 ft gate since the 5ft gates were backorder. They came and installed it but it does not match. Here we are in Feb and I have finally confirmed They have the 5ft gate at his shop but he will not come install it and finish the job. Many other promises were made about the poor install. The entire back run of the fence has the panels sunk into ground. He said he would fix it but when he came out he changed his story and said he can't because he would lose money. I have heard every excuse under the sun as to why he has not at the very least installed the matching gate as it is stated in my invoice.

I do believe that the replacement gate and fence panel are in stock, I believe that my office has been in communication that we would install later this week.

    I paid a deposit of 1600. The work was never done and I cancelled over the phone and asked for deposit back.

    I received a quote for Forrest Scott fencing in the amount of $1610 to have them build me a wrought iron fence and gate on 03/29/2022. They told me a deposit Of $805 would be needed for them to begin, so I paid the deposit and was told it would take about 2 weeks. Several weeks past and I would call to get the status of the fence and would not get an answer. Finally talked with ******* himself and we set up a date for the week of 05/16/2022, that date came and went and the following week ******* told me that if he couldn't have my fence done by Tuesday of the following week he would refund my deposit back. It's been 3 weeks since that text message and I called them daily for like a week and kept getting the run around until they just stopped answering my calls. Then I sent them an email about getting my deposit back on 06/06/2022, they responded I would receive it by the weeks end. I still didn't receive it that week so the following week I sent them another email stating I had not received my deposit yet, they have yet to respond and I'm very unhappy with the way they have handled this situation. I have email's and text messages from them to prove my case legally but at the end of the day I just want my $805 deposit back and to move on from this horrible experience.

    We had Forrest Scott come out and give us an estimate for a fence in March 2021. We decided to use them for our fence needs and paid a deposit split into two checks totaling $1495. We were told it would take 5-6 weeks for them to start once the materials were in. Its now May 2022 and we still do not have a fence. We have been given the run around with various excuses of why they couldn't get started. Covid, busy on other jobs, weather conditions, hurricanes, etc. They finally gave us a start date and then never showed up, and did not call us to explain why. Then it got to the point that either no-one answered our phone calls or returned messages left. I sent a letter, email and text message 2.5 weeks ago saying that we no longer wanted them to do our fence and we wanted our deposit back. I gave them until the 19th for this to happen. I received no refund and no contact about this. I called on the 19th and left a message with someone explaining the above and that I expected a check that day. He said he would pass the message on. I have heard from no-one and have not received a refund. In the letter/email/txt/phone message I said I would be leaving a review on BBB and getting an attorney involved. Unfortunately, here we are that I am having to leave this complaint and involving an attorney. As I also explained to this company, I have to get this done because part of the fencing is around a pool. I am now proceeding with another company and the $1,495 deposit Forrest Scott has I need for this. I truly can not comprehend how someone can run a business like this company does. We used Forrest Scott years ago to put up our fence and had none of the above issues, Im not sure what has happened but this is not the same company.

I am not aware of any messages that have not been returned by telephone, email, text, or through our client communication portal. I did receive your letter to cancel last Friday 5-20-2022 but I have not had the opportunity to reply. I will contact you through your client portal later this afternoon. The refund is the only solution I will accept. I expect a phone call this afternoon and will send an update to the BBB about that call.
