I paid around $130 for my son to take a gun safety with a conceal & carry course. The gun safety course was court ordered. When he paid they told him that he would be there from 8am til 5pm. The day of the course, however, they would not allow him to take the last portion of the course that I paid for because he was not allowed to be around guns. The manager (***********) told my son this, and my son told him that the laws have recently changed & the judge did NOT tell him that he can't be around guns. When I called the company the manager lied to me & told me that my son told him that he cannot be around guns. My son denied this & I know he's telling the truth because we had just recently spoken about the laws changing, and he was excited to be able to be a gun owner again. I tried again to tell the manager that what he claimed my son said was not true. I also told him about the gun laws changing. I told him that he needed to either let him finish the entire course that I paid for or give me some of my money back because we were not originally told that he couldn't take the whole thing when we paid for it. He told me that he was not going to let me tell him what to do and if I wanted him to not hang up on me then I was going to listen to him. At no point did I not let him speak. I was cool and calm the whole time. When he threatened to hang up on me I told him that I was not going to tolerate him speaking to me that way, and I asked to speak to his superior. He started yelling at me, so I asked him again to let me speak to the person above him & he hung up on me. He is unbelievably rude, cocky, and unprofessional. He is a very poor representation of that company & I feel that the owner really needs to know about his lying to people and treating customers so horribly.
