“BUYER BEWARE” These people will squeeze every penny they can out of you. They took our new Wagoneer which I loved for almost nothing… But my wife didn’t like because she said it was to big so we paid over sticker for the RX350. Because my wife really wanted that SUV. We couldn’t come to an agreement because they wanted more and more cash down and the salesman even showed me a stack of folders and basically told us “ I have people in line that would love that luxury edition Rx 350” and of course that played on my wife’s emotions and created urgency in her mind. She was a nervous wreck over this suv. I felt pressured into buying this vehicle and we were lied to about the delivery of the vehicle. It was supposed to be in our driveway for Christmas “Lexus December to remember” that never happened we didn’t get it until the end of January, all in all I was very unhappy about this I just wanting my Wagoneer back. Fast forward to 2024 and we get a letter from PRICE LEBLANC stating that we owe them $1200 so I called them and spoke with someone claiming to be a sales manager keep in mind this is over a year later he said he would call me right back. He called back and said that my warranty was supposed to go to them. Not 10 minutes passes and I received an email from PRICE LEBLANC and it said they would put this in collections in 30 days if I didn’t respond I was floored!!! I’m still receiving threats from them to report me to credit bureaus if I don’t give some collection agency $1600.. I will never buy anything with the name Lexus on it from anyone because of these people not to mention the RX 350 we bought is junk and started falling apart a few months after purchasing it .. Please BEWARE when dealing with PRICE LEBLANC LEXUS. Because if they can get you they will…..
