    Premier South rep. stopped and asked us about our roof. He was very aggresive and said that he would have a crew out the very next day.. Never did he give us a price. No crew ever showed up....(the crew showed up about 4 days later) after we had more damage done....we had more rain and a lot more damage due to the fact that his crew never showed up. He didnt leave a card....we finally were able to get ahold of the company in Baton Rouge. They told us that we had a new rep, that the 1st rep had gone back to Baton Rouge. The new rep would get in touch with us. We didn't hear from him...so we had to find another company to do the job. They came right out and started to fix our roof.....Due to Premier South crew not coming out as the rep said they would, we had a lot more damage with more rain....the ceiling in our bathroom came down more damage was done to closet, den, kitchen and my sewing playing room. We had buckets to catch the raim. As soon as we were able to get ahold of the company they came out and had crew to fix our roof so we wouldn't have any more damage. Premier South is now saying we owe them $8,000 for putting a tarp or something on our roof... We are still doing repair work on our home...we are elderly and have both been very sick for the last year ...I do not reccomend this company at all...I don't even give them a 1 star rating.

    We believe this complaint should be dismissed as customer only filed a complaint after he began speaking with our attorney due to non-payment of the invoice. He has changed his story with attorney multiple times, first stating we never put a tarp on his home, then saying we came too late despite the fact that he was there when crew arrived and he allowed them to apply tarp, that we charged too much and that we didn't call him back fast enough for reroofing his whole roof.

    We have attached a signed copy of contract from the homeowner agreeing to the placement of a tarp and that we would be paid insurance proceeds for the tarp, this is standard practice on an insurance job and why no price was given, I am also attaching photos of Premier South tarping over an extremely large area on the customer's home. Customer filed an insurance claim and should have received money for the work that we did and he is now offering multiple excuses as to why he won't pay.

    Once we had no choice but to turn him over to our attorney for collections, he called the attorney said we never put the tarp on the home, then when we sent him photo evidence, he accused us of photoshopping the photographs, he has finally admitted to the attorney (which he is continuing to work with) that we did install a tarp but he thinks the price is too high and he wants to know what our job costs are. We have even attempted to offer him a discounted bill to get him to pay prior to turning it over to our attorney and customer cursed at our account manager and hung up on her. This is obviously a situation where the customer just doesn't want to pay and is trying every way they can not to do so. 

    We respectfully ask that you dismiss and remove this complaint from our file.
