Brought my Infiniti in with 18,500 miles on it and a tire problem. Chabill's told me the tire had a nail in it and couldn't be repaired; that I needed a new tire. I brough it to Infinity and they said it could be repaired. Cost me $29.95.

      Good afternoon!

I have attempted to reach out to Mr. *******, and have yet to hear back from him.

In order to ensure that our employees are following RMA guidelines i would like to get copy of the customers repair invoice from Infinity. I would also like to see the repaired tire.

While there are clear guidelines set forth by the rubber manufacturers association(RMA), properly repairing a tire can sometimes be "borderline".

for the reasons above, i would like to see the tire and evaluate my teams observation.

      sincerely,

Bought set of tires in 2016. Still on them. Discovered last week that they put the wrong tires on my car. Smaller than manufacturer’s recommended size. According to Nissan and other tire dealers this causes problems with sensors, braking,, odometer readings etc. approached Chabills yesterday and was told too bad, tires out of warranty. Offered me a new set at cost. No thanks.

      To whom it may concern,

Said tire purchase was made nearly seven years ago and there were no issues until the vehicle had an incident where the tire, and wheel were damaged due to impact. With that said, after six plus years there were no reported issues regarding above claims of sensors, braking etc.

Industry guidelines, as well as  Chabill's Tire and Auto Service consistently suggest that ANY tire over 5 or 6 years old should be removed from service, therefore tires in question have in fact served their purpose without fail, and it is simply time for said tires to be replaced.

I believe the offer to replace said tires at "store cost" is a very reasonable offer.
