This man and his team are incompetent, liars, unprofessional, and they had my family members car for TWO MONTHS and didn’t do much to fix the car but they surely caused them lots of stress, anxiety, and frustration. They lied multiple times about what they were working on and how they ordered parts and come to find out they never ordered half of what they claimed they did. All lies. The owner ***** is a piece of work. He’s a crook! He took advantage of an extremely hard working family and I would never recommend him or his team to anyone! Their business needs to be shut down before he continues to take advantage of more hard working families in our area.

***** ****** service is **** poor. This man does not know how to communicate, but he does know how to take your money. It took a month for me to get my transmission in after he failed to get a tracking number for the transmission that he ordered. I brought my car to the Aamco an hour after he told me my transmission was in. I Continuously called to check in on my transmission, because ***** does not know how to communicate, and he told me the second day having my car that my transmission may need to be programmed by the dealership. I wondered why he never explained that before. Now it is Tuesday and ***** has had my car in his possession for five days, and I have no updates on my vehicle. I’m really worried because this business and this man has multiple reviews of being cons. it seems they have a habit of taking peoples money and not properly fixing their vehicles and or harboring their vehicles. my balance was around $4000 approximately I had to pay 500 out of pocket so far I have given him $150 and I am worried that my vehicle will either not be fixed properly, come back with an issue that it did not have before, or he will try to keep it for a very long time. There is no way to get in contact with anyone in customer service with the corporate office and they do not respond to voicemails. I’m not sure what to do and I really am worried about my car. I am a working college student paying a car note and I really need my vehicle.

I brought my vehicle so this establishment on September 15 2022 I was quoted a price of $5500 for a new transmission replacement I paid a $1000 deposit and paid the remaining balance of 4500 when I picked up my vehicle approximately two weeks later as I was driving home my vehicle begin to smoke so I called AAMCO and hand my vehicle towed back I was told that the technician did not properly put in oil or fluid in the transmission and that it would take approximately 15 weeks to obtain another transmission up on that transmission being replaced I picked up the vehicle again and 20 miles into the trip my vehicle stalled and began to smoke again. I had my vehicle towed to Nissan and was told after a diagnostic was ran, that a cup in the transmission was not filled. I then opted for the truck to be towed to a different AAMCO location. I have called twice a week for 36 weeks attempting to get a replacement or a refund to which I am constantly met with excuses and delivery dates that come and go. I have attached a letter from my attorney below.
