  bought car in Sept 2023 paid $6125.00 cash can't register because first owner has a power of atty. Been contacting business daily with no resolution. Business is now being rude and hanging up on me .They refuse to give me any information to speak with management or auction that they say has paperwork.

  This place is terrible. I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra and within a month my vehicle shut down. I have reached out to this dealership to get a resolution to my problem but I had no success. They refused to give me the owners info to this dealership and refuse to refund me due to a (Sold as is) warranty. This dealership will take your money and sale you a lemon car. I put down $3000 on this vehicle but to fix my vehicle will cost more than the value of the car. This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle. Please save your money. It isn’t worth it. Worst decision ever!!

  This place is the worst a whole scam !! Takes your money and gives you a bad car that needs at least 5 repairs you will still have to pay your car note with these repairs and they do not cover the cost of repairs even though They sold you it like that . They have poor customer service ! Loud , Ghetto !! Terrible place of business the manager is money hungry buys all cars from auction without repairing them for sale .. DO NOT TRYST THIS PLACE WORST DECISION EVER!

  I purchased a vehicle in April of 2022, I was told the title was mailed to the wrong party. I still have not had any resolve. My auto loan rate has gone up from 3.99% to 15% due to the finance company not receiving the title

  This is a money over morals dealership, Please protest we me online and in front this storefront to cancel ******* ********. Purchased a vehicle with a warranty and it overheated 7 min from the dealership. Payed for towing from New Orleans to Baton Rouge and the owner would not help with any expenses. Vehicle has been at the dealership since the 19th of May it's now the 27th. The warranty hasn't been honored cause they have no honor. Please stand and picket with me starting June 1st , 2022 at 9 am.

  First and foremost we allowed you to put 2500.00 down on a vehicle and the original down payment was 3000.00. Not only that we sell all vehicles as is and allow customers to purchase a warranty through an outside extended warranty company. We do not tow vehicles, we are not a towing service nor an automotive repair facility. We are a used Car Dealership and sell all vehicles as is but we tend to work with customers on case by case bases as we were doing with you. If you had a issue with the vehicle in new Orleans you should have taken it to a service center in new Orleans. The extended warranty you did not purchase at the time of sale you came and purchased it a day or two after you purchased the vehicle so it takes time for it to go into affect. Secondly we agreed to help you with this vehicle and was told you understood the process of how the extended warranty works. Furthermore please read your paper work at the time of sale and we are obligated by law to do anything but we still were accommodating your situation. Since your unsatisfied with how much time the process takes, which we don't own the extended warranty company and can not speed up there process. We will just cancel the deal. Thanks for your time.

  According to documentation I purchased my warranty the exact time I was swindled into purchasing that LEMON. I left message after message to speak to owner ******* ******** to no avail. Moreover, I paid in the arena of three-thousand plus dollars in total and was refunded twenty-five hundred. Your defense was you charged documentation fees, but my fees totaled 336 dollars and some change and you kept 500 hundred plus. I feel validated in knowing I deterred two potential customers from buying cars as I waited for my refund check.
