    I have been waiting since February 9, 2024 to have all my windows and a replacement French patio door installed. After communicating for going on three weeks and being told they have ordered the correct Specialty windows and the door, which should have been done at the time of installation when they realized they had wrong measurements. I still do not know when or if they will finish the job. I was told they would call back with an update, but as of this date, still waiting. My complaint, windows and door should have been ordered when they came out and realized the measurements were wrong.

    David was friendly and knowledgeable demonstrating the Window World products to be installed. I hope and pray all goes well with the installation of doors and windows that have been ordered.

    Warren was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was thorough when explaining the benefits of the products and provided thoughtful recommendations based on our needs and wishes! The experience has been very good since contacting the company about an estimate. I am very excited about our new windows!

    This has been a horrible experience with Window World of NW Louisiana. We ordered sliders in May 2021 and still do not have the windows installed. Although they advertise 6 to 8 weeks for delivery and installation that is not the case. They came out with some of the windows in November and did not have one of the sliders even though they said the entire order was delivered. Since then they had to reorder the slider, it came in damaged, they reordered and supposedly it has arrived but they now cannot come install for another month. They never call to give any updates, we always have to call to ask about our order. We would never recommend Window World of NW Louisiana.

    Hello Mrs. Potter. This is Suzi from Window World. I understand your frustration completely. There are several aspects of the situation that despite our efforts we were unable to control. You are correct that it took us 7 months to get your product in. That is not the norm for us, so we were not expecting it either. However, you did order a specialty color and that always adds to the lead time. We do our best to control what we can but realistically with all the supply chain issues that are going on nation wide sometimes we are limited. As for your install time. I have numerous customers and I too would like schedule them all immediately, but that is not realistic and I have to schedule far enough in advance for it to be beneficial to everyone involved. I see you are scheduled within the next week to be installed and both myself and your salesman have reached out to you as of late. I hope we can regain your trust going forward. If we can be of any further assistance to you please let me know. Again, I apologize for the delays. We will strive to do better going forward.
