  Would not do business with if you're a consumer or B2B provider. The owner, *******************, lied to us regarding payment for services rendered as well as left us with past due ****** Ads and ************ Ad account balances. He promised payment multiple times throughout the month of August only to ghost us from 8/28/2023 until today after his ad accounts were unable to process the payment on file on August 18th, 2023. It's a shame as we worked with **** for over two years and he chose to end our business relationship this way. We're working with a legal team now to recoup our $2,754 dollars in management and marketing fees. Do not believe his promises on him needing more time before he pays an invoice. He will use you until you're no longer needed then disappear. If this is how he operates in a B2B setting with agreements in place, imagine how he would treat your belongings on moving day.   I had this company scheduled for a load only job today. When I first set up this appointment two weeks ago, I got the feeling they were a little unorganized and went against my better judgement and used them anyways. BIG MISTAKE. These people show up without any equipment and late, and flat out refuse to load my uhaul because its not directly in front of my house. I live in the French quarter and theres not always parking right in front. Its extremely close and I gave the option of parking it across the street on the curb. The owner of this so called company shows up with two boys and refuses. This load wouldve taken less than 45 minutes. He said it was my fault and the absolute audacity. Do not ever use this company. Completely unprofessional and rude. I shouldve gone with my instinct upfront. ****** learned. So now, I am waiting on another moving company where I have to pay $600 since its last minute. This man caused me to lose money and time. I am moving out of state and needed to be on the rode by now. The most unprofessional joke of a company. Please save yourself the trouble.

  The workers where very polite and respectful. They did a complete walk thru after job was done to ensure everything was handled.

  The men (and there was a very adequate number) came and worked hard in hot weather and multiple stairs at both locations. They were pleasant, careful and they arrived at a good time in the morning and wasted no time. They took a short lunch and worked fast to get my move completed. I would absolutely recommend Uncle Sam's to anyone who is moving. My belongings all were moved with no damage. If there is any negative I had a lot of boxes that needed to go to the 3rd floor that didn't make it up there so my grandkids will move them for me but I have moved MANY times and Uncle Sams was absolutely as excellent as any others.   We were so surprised at the quick response we got when we contacted Uncle Sams about moving our father's furniture after he passed. They stopped by the day I contacted them and two days later it was done!!! The workers were professional and efficient and very respectful of the situation. I highly recommend them for any moving job you have. We especially appreciated that they worked with us to make it possible to donate the furniture to the place of our choosing.

  ******* and his team were so great!! On time, efficient, and kept us laughing all day. Worth the money!! They even put together all my new furniture that was shipped to our new house. Would use them again in a heartbeat!!

  NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Broke promises. Showed up late, requiring work into 10:00 pm. Movers took as many breaks as work time. Boxes packed by movers were not labelled. My packed, color-coded, labelled boxes were placed in wrong rooms, on wrong floors. Movers broke Waterford decanter, Capodimonte vase, decorative glass, turntable, and three bookcases. Owner reduced total price because of incompetence BEFORE all damage was assessed. I paid only on agreement of receipt of claims form for damages. After submitting the form, owner refuses to compensate. NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST.

  Uncle Sam's was professional throughout the whole process. The team was prompt and were excellent in their communication and follow up. . The moving team were on time, conscientious and a pleasure to work with through the process.
