I purchased a pool from this location on 4/13/23. On 7/16/23, the filter housing began leaking from the metal top. The integrity of the metal was not in proper condition. This part is listed as having a 1 year warranty. On 7/17/23, I called Clearwater ********* to make a warranty claim. I was told to, use flex seal tape and puddy to seal it. When I explained that this part was under warranty and I wanted a replacement, I was told they would order it. From this point, we have called 2 times a week and have still only spoken to a manager ***. On week 3, we called everyday to speak to ***. Everyday, we were told he is not in but he will be back tomorrow at 8am when the store opens. On 8/5, we called that morning and was told hed be in at 10:30. At 11m, we were once again told that he was not in and would be in on 8/6/23 at 9am when the store opened. On 8/6/23, I called, asked for the Manager ***, and was placed on hold for 22 minutes only to hang up, call back and be told that he was not there. I drove to the location and explained why I was upset about continuously being told *** would be there when *** was never there. The acting manager told me that manager **** mother passed away. I offered condolences and then explained if that were the case, they would have known he would not be in the office and should have given the issue to another employee to handle in a timely manner. He then yelled at me in a store full of customers and told me to write down my name and number because he couldnt help me. After explaining that after many phone calls we have still yet to have a returned phone call, he began to yell and speak over me and tell me write down your name and number over and over and not allowing me to speak. Management at this location are completely unprofessional and do not stand behind the warranty that they offer upon purchase. The acting manager does not need to be in a position of management until her learns how to properly speak to customers.
