              My daughter was kicked out of this class for going to the bathroom with her friend. No warning. The bathroom rule was never discussed in class, and is no where in their code of conduct. When I arrived to pick her up, I asked for managers name and owner, and she rolled her eyes and told me to get a lawyer. And now they are telling me I will get no refund. I'm not the first person who has had this type of complaint. The main fact is that it's not in the code of conduct, and it was never discussed. Girls also go to the bathroom together all the time.

              Breaux's Driving School is a driving school that needs to be deeply investigated as many people including I have been robbed out of $400 and not given the proper experiences in trying to get a driver's license. Phone calls are constantly ignored which leads to many angry parents and students showing up to the business and questioning what's really going on. Whether you're waiting for a driving course or testing, people haven't received a phone call to continue to the process. After a while, they'll fail students when in reality, it's their fault in running such a scandalous program.

              I attended Breaux's Driving School twice back in March 2018 and sometime in June 2018 while taking the 8 hour class and did the writing test. Waited for the next step which was to drive and never gotten a call back. I called the school over and over and didn't receive a single call-back so I have no choice but to believe you failed me and discarded my information within the system. I know Ms. Renee is the person who would teach the classes and answer the phone calls. The one time she picked up, I asked what was the next step after completing the written test and she told me to wait for the phone call and I have never gotten any other response. Looking at your school's official website including reviews, I can see I'm not alone at having money being stolen from. It's even worse realizing the possible amount of people you've done this to.

              Mr Freeman based on the timeframe you noted above this would have occurred prior to the school transitioning to new management in June of 2019 and would require research into archived files.
