Our son took the driving classes at Breauxs Driving School for seven hundred dollars. He took and passed the written exam and was supposed to receive a packet in the mail and wait for physical driving time assignment. The school closed- we received no warning- no packet- no refund. There is no one available to speak to to address this . Several families have posted they are in the same situation on Facebook. Looking to resolve this in the easiest manner possible. We just want our son to finish!

I enrolled my daughter in drivers ed classes at the Gonzales location. Classes were fine and the driving portion was fine, this was completed on July 13th. Since then has been terrible. I cannot get in touch with anyone there to get the completion packet to get the TIP card converted to learners permit. All I want is communication and the packet to bring to the DMV.

My daughter was kicked out of this class for going to the bathroom with her friend. No warning. The bathroom rule was never discussed in class, and is no where in their code of conduct. When I arrived to pick her up, I asked for managers name and owner, and she rolled her eyes and told me to get a lawyer. And now they are telling me I will get no refund. I'm not the first person who has had this type of complaint. The main fact is that it's not in the code of conduct, and it was never discussed. Girls also go to the bathroom together all the time.

      To whom if may concern:

Unfortunately this customer is not being truthful.  His daughter was not removed from the course for using the restroom.  The daughter was removed for "disorderly conduct" and disrespecting an instructor.  As the person in question is a minor I will not go into further detail.  However, all incidents are captured via our surveillance system.  The police also had to be called to remove this customer from the premises as he was being belligerent, disturbing the peace of the students who were onsite for driver education, and refusing to leave (after being asked to leave several times).  Further our Standard of Behavior Policy and Refund Policy both state there will be no refunds given when students have to be removed for violations of the policy.

I am rejecting this response because it is the exact reason my daughter got kicked out. They were on lunch break, and as far as my kid being disrespectful, it is false. He is right about it being on camera, and I was never asked to leave. No where in their policy or "code of conduct" does it say that two girls can't go to the bathroom together. Also, he claims to have recorder evidence of what was said in the bathroom, because I did inform him that one of the girls was in her menstruation cycle and wanted a tampon, and he said that was a lie because he could hear them in bathroom,

which would mean he listens to conversations in the bathroom. When his employee was asked if girls were disrespectful, she replied "no,they weren't", so that means the whole interaction is on camera.

      Sincerely,
