    I brought my car into SpeeDee prior to the first week of July. The air conditioner was blowing cold air on the passenger side and warm to hot on the driver side. They ran a diagnostic and charged the air conditioner. Two days later it was blowing hot again. I took it back and was told I had a condenser leak. I paid for a new condenser to be installed. They had to remove the front of my car to replace the parts. They broke the front of my car and when I picked it up, they had wire-tied the front back onto my car! Still, a day or so later the air-conditioner was blowing hot on both sides. After sever trips back and forth, leaving my car overnight or for days, they decided it was the compressor. I agreed to have that fixed. This was the end of July. Today I still do not have my car. I have had to borrow cars, ask for rides, or do without for over 3 weeks while they fixed my car. During this time they said it was the electrical system, or the fuses. Now, it is the Computer. They really have no way of telling because it does not show up on a diagnostic, but they think it is the PCM or ECM. I have dealt with the manager, *****, who talks down to me. I have dealt with an employee, ******, who laughs at me with his shop buddies. The only one I have not dealt with recently is **** *******, the shop owner. He has been out the last two weeks and will be out the rest of this week. He has another job where he works off shore. No one at the shop is able to make any decisions without his approval, and he is unavailable. I have thought about just going to get my car, but was told by *****, that if anyone else worked on it, my 12 month 12,000 mile warranty might not be honored. Other mechanics I have spoken with tell me it is probably a faulty condenser. He insists it is not, but is not sure what it is. Please help me. I have been without my own transportation over a month now, and my car is worse than when I brought it to them. Not to mention the bills I paid and will still owe.

    The date was Feb 17th 2023, I paid to have my car towed to the establishment. My car sat there for 3 weeks they refused to look at it, the owner Mark Freeman said he was going to take a look at my car and never did. They had plenty of down time and I had to get my car towed back to my home both times cost me 100 dollars. I want to be reimbursed for my time and my money to get it towed both times. Lorena reached out to my husband on March 17, 2023 (Former employee as of March 9, 2023 was his last day.) And expressed her disgust with my review I posted to Google Reviews on the establishment on what they have done to make me do this. She did not resolve the situation.
