This dental chain needs to be shut down and ********* have his license revoked. I've seen a dentist majority of my life, however when I got onto ********* I had to come here because my other dental office (a family owned practice) didn't take my insurance. Upon arrival I was extremely satisfied with the service and cleaning. However, once ********* came in, things went downhill completely. I had been a year since I seen my dentist, but he said my teeth were in excellent shape, so when ********* says that I had 4 cavities, I was shocked. I go in to get the first set done and it was horrible. He stuck the numbing needle into the tendon in the back of my mouth which hurt so bad I had tears in my eyes. Then he mocked me for it. When he proceeded to do the fillings, he said they were so deep they probably need a root canal, which he did not preform. By this point I am leery about returning for the rest of the fillings. When I do go, I was sitting in the exam room for an hour because ********* "forgot " about me. Once again it was a repeat of the weak prior. Stuck the needle in the tendon, mentioned but did not do a root canal. Since then my teeth are extremely sensitive. Fast forward to my next cleaning, the young dentist I seen that day tells me that I "must have poor hygiene" because I have "so many fillings". Then asks who did the fillings because they were and I quote "done very sloppy." I told him ********* and he changed the subject, did the fastest examination then says I have 3 more cavities. I refused to believe it and never went back. Fast forward 2 years, I had a tooth chip. Went to one of the other locations, seen Dr ****** He says the tooth chipped because of improperly don't filling that the tooth should have been "crowned or removed if it was that bad off". The only way to get the tooth fixed was by a crown, which my insurance doesn't not cover. So I had to leave without getting it fixed. Fast forward to 2022, another tooth actually broke because of the filling.
