I contact the AC guy and he came right out to fix our problem. It was hot and my husband is ill. But he came and gave us a fair price and walked us right through the problem. It has been a year since the install and we are still cooling. We rarely run our heat so having the air has been great. I recommend this small business to anyone looking for a fair price.

On August 30 2020 I contacted ***** ****** to replace the compressor in my AC unit in which he came out and did so that evening . He finished the work and asked if the unit was cooling in the house . He was asked if he was going to wait and hook gauges up to make sure everything was cooling correctly but said no that he would be back in a couple of days to check the unit. I contacted him on Thursday sept 1st and told him the unit was not cooling and working correctly . He said that he would come out that evening and take a look at it . He did not show up . I texted him that evening and he said he would come in the morning and should get there early because he was off that day . I said ok and texted him that morning to see when he would arrive . He said he would let me know when he was on his way but said he would be here today . At 11:00 he texted me and said it would not be till Tuesday before he could come out. The temperature continued to rise in the house so we contacted another AC person and they said we need to turn the unit off and they would be out tomorrow to look at the unit . Come to find out he did not correctly weld the compressor lines and had multiple leaks but as stated before he did not stick around long after completing the job to make sure it was working correctly . The other guy said that he should have stood behind his work and come out to fix the issue and should have stayed by the unit to make sure it was working correctly . Numerous attempts were made to try to get him to come back out but he refused to do so and and left Friday afternoon at 2 pm knowing that my unit was not working correctly and leaving us in a house that was reaching 85 to 90 degrees .
