    I ordered online and made payment for the price listed on line. The merchant the reached out and told me that price was incorrect and increased the price 20%. They stated the could ship the part the next day and I would have it in 2-3 days. It has been over a week but has failed to ship. I have tried to reach them via phone, email, and online contact form with no replay. I had to purchase the part from another vendor and have already received. I need this order canceled and refunded.

    This person is a liar.  We do not wish to comment any further on this transaction.  His terrible childish attitude is why we never shipped the pump.  His payment was also a pre-authorization that was released 2 days ago!  We don't cater to demands and threats.  We were in contact with him the entire time, and he knows exactly what was going on.  He has made up lies.

    Bought and paid online for a Blower Motor (OrderID ******) for $274.90 US funds on July 21st at 640am. Figured the online says processing and already shipped BUT did not provide tracking number. Left several messages on their website messaging, plus a couple phone messages and couple of emails looking for A- tracking number or B- refund. ALL to no avail as they have NOT ANSWERED anything for last 5 days. Please help get my money back. BTW............ I should have looked on here FIRST

    I purchased a golf cart motor the 1st of July and have not received the motor but they have received the money. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response. They received over $900. Can you help with this issue?

    purchased 3 motors on 5/19/22, I have tried to contact them to get an estimate delivery date, emailed and called numerous times, left voicemail and no return calls or email. I have disputed the charge of $2,378.20. I have looked this company up and se others have had issues as well. I was told by another company to be careful this company is not legit. This company needs to be investigated.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Blower Motors Plus, LLC regarding complaint ID 17449728, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
    I have attached their letter, we ordered pumps elsewhere and disputed the charge. This is terrible business/customer service.

    I placed an online order for a vacuum motor. My credit card has been charged and no product has been shipped. I have sent numerous emails and placed many phone calls. Although the website promises a response within 24 hours non is given. No one answers the phone at any time either. It is just a scam that I should have been smarter than I was to fall for.
