    I've been doing business with this company for years now and have always received GREAT customer service and on time delivery. The owner is very knowledgeable and has personally helped me when I was unsure which motor I needed since the original had been discontinued. There was a time or two that I have not received my vacuum motors on time but at no fault of BMP. Things happen with ***** and all shipping companies which are out of the suppliers control. Ultimately I have never had a bad experience. Keep doing a great job BMP!

    The customer service is awful. I ordered a motor on 11/1, and the e-mail I received said it was in transit, and the *** label was created. As of 11/14/24, the order still has not been received by **** and I called *** NOT to accept the package as I do not want the product. If they don't have the decency to respond to me, and I notice a very similar review below, I would recommend not doing business with this company.

    BMP has been in business since 2007. It is 100% a legitimate company that strives to bring wholesale prices to thousands of satisfied customers year after year. We always do our best in handling disgruntled customers but as we all know... the world is growing in abundance with keyboard warriors and trolls of the internet. Rest assured, BMP handles all issues with the utmost professionalism and these bad reviews are nothing more than exaggerated lies. We deal in a niche market which fluctuates very much and many 1 time online shoppers don't understand that. We are a wholesaler and our main customer focus is other business owners, companies, and corporations.

    This company never sent me my product and then accused me of fraud when I contacted them to ask for a refund. The manager **** was extremely rude and basically said theyre taking my money and there is nothing I can do about it. They dont answer phone calls and are reluctant to email back.

    We have purchased from BMP many times. They have great prices and always deliver. I think people have just been so accustomed to buying from websites like AMAZON that they forget what it is like to actually order from a wholesale company. Their business is in industrial manufacturing which is impacted by supply chains across the globe. Given these circumstances, sometimes you might have to wait a week or two. We order motors that they get from AMETEK for us and there are lead times in this type of industry. This isn't the grocery store. Some people just don't get it. Also, you can email them or call. I have spoken to customer service on several occasions. I am happy with their prices, and what they supply for my company. Everyone has an opinion. BMP is definitely a legit company and some of these BBB reviews seems to be questionable to be honest. They have been in business for over 15 years for crying out loud. Bad reviews get posted online by sour customers.
