On January 18, 2022, I placed order FB-13001 on fuzzibunz.com. It was my second order with this company, as I was very pleased with the first purchase and needed to expand my inventory of cloth diaper products so that I was not needing to do the wash of the diapers and accessories every day. When the diapers arrived, I went through the exact same prep process as I did the first. One of the diapers of the SuperHero Red variety was already in the delaminating process, where the diaper PUL was crinkled and pulling away from the diaper. This does not happen on a first wash, unless the product arrives defective. I attempted to contact FuzziBunz on January 26, 2022, at [email protected], as the website provides that as the contact information. I sent pictures of the problem and asked how I might get replacement for the faulty product. I still have not seen a reply. It was not until a few days later that I realized that I also was sent a diaper in the Daffodil collection where one of the snaps was not working. I tried to send an email on February 2, 2022, as a reply to a request for a review to [email protected], in which I referenced the original email I sent about the delaminated diaper as well as the new problem with the snap diaper. I have also received no reply from this. I looked for alternative contact methods and found none, as social media is not being monitored either. I came to the BBB website today, February 11, to try to find any other contact info. All of the phone numbers have been disconnected. I really don't want to create any trouble. But as these products are expensive, I just want to be refunded or sent a product that is not faulty. I understand had this been weeks later and the fault have been mine, but if they do not intend to be able to support a customer after a purchase of a product in which there is a problem that is not the customer's fault/issue, they should not be selling that product or asking for reviews.
