They over charge you and then they charge you extra money for mileage and if your insurance is late they turn your car off and it's not fair you charge for interest over charge.Review from Dairyonna J

Clean slate motors is a rip off they kept turning my car off and not giving notice they had me paying a 1000 a month when my car note was only 514 not including I paid $520 on the 9th of September and week later they had a tow truck outside my house saying I needed to pay an extra $520 to keep them from towing my car saying my account was defaulted when I have receipts showing I paid every month The people in the office don’t never know what’s going on and it’s a different story every time you call and they add late fees on top of late feesReview from Darrell F.

My experience is that the same day I got the vehicle was experiencing problems with it the coolant pump had a leak and a few days later the transmission fault light came on and now I cant even get an honest answer from them whether or not if the vehicle is fixed and ms Chandy lies about calling the mechanic and never do I would never recommend anyone to go there ????????Review from Victoria S

This place is horrible!!! I recently started a lease with them. The sales department was amazing, but the financial department is a joke. They constantly threaten to disable my car for stuff that had nothing to do with me or my account. They charged someone’s mileage overage on my account and keep threatening to turn my car off for it. Then they called me and told me that my car was disabled because I didn’t have insurance which was false. They are rude and absolutely disrespectful. It almost seems like they just want you to pay your down payment and leave a good review then start threatening you until you surrender the car. Guess that is how they make their money. I wish I could get at least some of my down payment back. I will be talking to my lawyer about getting my money back from them.
